The advertised vehicle that brought us in was out of our price range but fortunately for us Jovan didn't quit on us. He knew there was a used vehicle on the lot that would fit the bill and brought it out for us. We are very happy with our purchase and it will work out perfectly for what we need. I talked to him on the phone , explained what I needed and could afford, set up a time to come in, and when I did, he did not change anything from what we talked about on the phone. Most places will get you in and try to add , change , offer , he did not , stuck to what we talked about. Had questions days after I leased my car, he was still very helpful in answering, and helping with what I needed. Highly recommend him to anyone buying/leasing. Thanks Jim for all your help. More

Satisfied I went in to talk to Conner a few weeks ago because my lease was ending in November. I wanted to see what my options were. I loved working with Conner I went in to talk to Conner a few weeks ago because my lease was ending in November. I wanted to see what my options were. I loved working with Conner. He was upbeat, honest and real. Didn't try to bring on the salesman spiel and charm too much. We did test drive the 2017 Rav 4 and I loved the upgrades. I was very upfront and honest with him what my needs were. I wasn't looking to make any changes until November. He said he was going to call and I said that was fine. I didn't like that I got three calls from Sonia from the sales department. That was a total turn off and she didn't seem to know what she was talking about. I had no confidence in dealing with her. My boyfriend and I did go in to the dealership together anyhow and Grady greeted us. He made up for how I was feeling about things at the time. I liked his demeanor and he was very helpful. He helped us get a good deal that worked for me. He spent extra time with us on a Saturday after closing time. Grady answered our questions and got us the information if he wasn't sure. I'm a happy owners/leaser of a new Rav 4. More
