My wife and I would like to thank the three people involved with our purchase of a 2024 Toyota Crown Platinum. We had a very unfortunate experience trying to purchase this car from another Toyota deal involved with our purchase of a 2024 Toyota Crown Platinum. We had a very unfortunate experience trying to purchase this car from another Toyota dealer in the Lehigh Valley. Bennett Toyota came through and Jeremy Sabol was able to locate us the Crown Platinum from out of state, and have it to us in less than a month. They even had it brought in by roll-back as per our request, to make sure that there were no extra miles on the car. Jeremy S. went above and beyond making sure that we got exactly what we wanted and they even absorbed the cost of shipping it in from Ohio. We then met with Michael Vannote to do all of the paperwork. Mike V. did an outstanding job explaining everything to us making sure that we understood everything that we signed before signing it. He also explained the extra services that were available to us with absolutely no pressure to purchase any of them. He had this awesome new pad that was on top of his desk for us to read all of the paperwork and sign on the pad. Everything went very well with our experience with Mike V. We then met with Michael Mercedes who was our sales rep. to go over the car with us. Mike M. spent two hours with us, going over every detail of the car. He even set up both of our phones to link to the new car. Mike M. was very knowledgeable of the Crown and all of it's accessories. We highly recommend this dealership to everyone.
