I purchased a 2007 Hyundai Tucson 3 months ago now and I haven't received my registration or even signed the title because they lost it and had to get a duplicate, which still hasn't arrived yet. My temp tag expired the first of this month and my plate doesn't come back to any vehicle at all , I called the title clerk lady Heather, and she answered my call and when I introduced myself and told her my name she slammed the phone hung up on me this is very unprofessional customers are always supposed to be first and they simply don't care I've called countless times and left voice mails and when i finally get through she hangs up in my face that's ridiculous. My vehicle isn't registered to the state due to this problem and is a serious issue!! Also am one of the many customers who have to deal with this situation. More
