If I could have given no stars I would have. DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE from this showroom. They take zero accountability or responsibility. When you drive away you are done. I purchased one Jaguar and three Range Rovers at different times. The first three were amazing. Still have the Jaguar XF. The last of which was a 2016 Evoque HSE. After taking it home day 1 I began to have leaks through the windshield causing damage to the roof and wiring. Car was brough in numerous times to repair the leak that kept reoccurring over six times. I wanted to return the car, and nobody would help. Passenger side still does not work. Granted I put a lot of highway miles on the vehicles from my home to the office in NYC. Just after the warranty expired The catalytic converter and front head lamp setting me back over seven grand. Then the engine had to be replaced after the car had 140k in milage another twenty grand. Good for a year and then the car won't go into gear. I just spent another nine thousand. What was worse is that the car was brought there on January 23, 2023, and it took them till May 15, 2023, to have it repaired and returned. The process was dismal. No communication. No options just a lot of run around. I only got my car serviced after calling the main range rover eastern office. I gave then opportunities to take it back and sell me something else and it was always an upside-down deal in their favor. Zero accountability for a vehicle that should last more than three years for its price point. The staff to this day has never called me to recognize any fault on their part or tried to reconcile and exchange a LEMON. Seriously beware of buying here and beware of the service department. They will treat you great for the first year after that you are dead to them. More
My Land Rover Discovery had nothing but trouble from the day I purchased it. Service ignored and/or dismissed my concerns until it stalled on a major highway. Service team was really unresponsive, kept charging me for work that didn't fix the problem, and wouldn't offer a loaner car. More
My 2010 Range Rover Sport arrived at Land Rover Allentown for service on May 11. I heard nothing for a week despite leaving voice messages and sending texts to the number the dealer suggested for the purpose for service on May 11. I finally spoke with the service manager on May 18, agreed on a course of action for the repairs, and he called on May 19 with information about the parts to be ordered. Since that time, I have left numerous messages, spoken with several ‘receptionists,’ and once reached the assistant service manager, who was abusive and failed to call back as he promised. The dealership has had my car for May 11 through June 17, thus far. They refuse to return calls and no one answers the phone except for the receptionist. I had one phone call initiated by the dealership in a month. Calls have not been returned, no texts have been answered, and any messages have either not been delivered or have been ignored. I finally spoke with the head of service on June 14. Little progress had been made, because the dealership had not followed through on its parts request. The head of service, Nate Francis, told me so when he checked; he said it was the next item on the parts department’s list. It is Friday June 17 as I write this and he did not returned my calls today. An assistant manager called after closing hours to tell me that the car would not be repaired on Monday. I was informed that the parts department would ‘reach out’ about the order which was supposed to have been delivered over a week ago. Of course, they cannot reach out until next week. More
Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Took Range Rover for oil change, scratched it in a dozen places. Did not stand behind their error. They blamed customer for 2 of the 12. Fast and courteous service. Friendly staff. Went back to dealer with a recall notice for my 2020 Land Rover for a ground issue. Brought a Jaguar in 2018, sales staff was great, then there's the service department. Which is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. Always an issue. Call to make an appointment, wait a week before a ca there's the service department. Which is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. Always an issue. Call to make an appointment, wait a week before a call back. They do a service and forget to leave the key in the car. So I drove an hour and a half to pick it up and I couldn't because everyone was gone. Not worth the money or aggravation. Look elsewhere More
ONLY CAME IN FOR SERVICE:LOOK WHAT HAPPENED My family and I were visiting from Ohio.We were on a football recruiting visit to Kutztown which is what lead us to Allentown.When we got to the halfw My family and I were visiting from Ohio.We were on a football recruiting visit to Kutztown which is what lead us to Allentown.When we got to the halfway point of our trip we noticed the night before that the self closing latch on our 2013 XJ was acting up.We called Bennett the next morning as they were going to be the nearest dealer to us and they said bring it right over.When we arrived we were greeted by the service dept which was fantastic .They were willing to help and adjust the lever at no charge.As we waited ,my wife ,son and I toured their showroom.My wife fell in love with a new XJL which was in the showroom.John Varghese (sls person) walked up and greeted us and asked me if I wanted to drive the car home.I made a joke and said 'if you want to swap cars sure"Long story short we drove out of there in that new XJL.John was very helpful and what was first a joke became a reality.Happy wife,Happy life! Thanks John and all the staff at Bennett for your hospitality. More

Had a Great experience window shopping while I was having my land Rover Evoque serviced. Originally Justin was talking with us about all the new Jaguars in the showroom. We - Barb and I ; took a coffee break my land Rover Evoque serviced. Originally Justin was talking with us about all the new Jaguars in the showroom. We - Barb and I ; took a coffee break then came back to the show room and browsed some more.The Autobiography caught my eye and I asked to talk to Justin. At that point Mike came over to us, He explained lots of details about the vehicle to us. I asked about Justin and learned that he left for the afternoon and was more involved with the Jaguar line. Mike was extremely respectful and pleasant with Barbara and myself. We all enjoyed the afternoon and I enjoyed the test ride. It was a bit of a jump for me financially to get to this model but I was interested so I told Mike I would make a decision after 24 hours. ---- Spending 100,000.00 is something I wanted to sleep on, somehow he understood. Time - effort - attitude - Mike put his best foot forward and I hope to do business again with him. Thank You, Anton More
