This Jaguar I just purchased was my sixth Jag, Mike Fegley was the determing factor in this transaction, more than likely I would have traveled further south, King of Prussia, to search. Had a Great experience window shopping while I was having my land Rover Evoque serviced. Originally Justin was talking with us about all the new Jaguars in the showroom. We - Barb and I ; took a coffee break my land Rover Evoque serviced. Originally Justin was talking with us about all the new Jaguars in the showroom. We - Barb and I ; took a coffee break then came back to the show room and browsed some more.The Autobiography caught my eye and I asked to talk to Justin. At that point Mike came over to us, He explained lots of details about the vehicle to us. I asked about Justin and learned that he left for the afternoon and was more involved with the Jaguar line. Mike was extremely respectful and pleasant with Barbara and myself. We all enjoyed the afternoon and I enjoyed the test ride. It was a bit of a jump for me financially to get to this model but I was interested so I told Mike I would make a decision after 24 hours. ---- Spending 100,000.00 is something I wanted to sleep on, somehow he understood. Time - effort - attitude - Mike put his best foot forward and I hope to do business again with him. Thank You, Anton More

I think the car is nice but I believe It's not type vehicle I need on my income bracket. I wasn't expecting to buy a Land Rover. But the Land Rover I ended up purchasing turned out to be best option for what I was looking at. My latest car buying experience started with an internet (e-mail) inquiry and a timely and informative response by Deborah (one of Bennett's internet specialist). Nice! Next came my visit to the showroom/ (e-mail) inquiry and a timely and informative response by Deborah (one of Bennett's internet specialist). Nice! Next came my visit to the showroom/car lot (scheduled the night before by Deborah). Upon entering the showroom, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and the general manager (Alex). Within 5 minutes of my arrival my internet find (Audi 5) was "up front" and running. At this time, I was introduced to Mike, my salesman, who made me feel welcomed from the start. After finishing my complimentary cup of coffee, Mike and I took the car for a ride. I'm happy to report that it rode as good as it looked! At this point in time, I was feeling very excited about entering the "negotiations" phase of the deal. Mike was very receptive and respectful of my thoughts regarding the trade in value of my car and the true market value of his. This was greatly appreciated and in the end a compromise was reached with very little haggling. It should also be noted that Mike’s good customer service skills became even more apparent AFTER THE DEAL with the purchase of a missing car manual. Mike offered to have the missing manual sent to my residence “free of charge” ---- and at his expense. Again, very much appreciated. Customer satisfaction was obviously a priority for Bennett and its employees from start to finish. Thank you Deborah, Mike and Alex for making my day! I’ll be back for more! More
I recently bought a vehicle from one of your certified dealerships, Bennett Jaguar/Land Rover. I bought a pre-owned 2008 Mercedes E350. I asked the representative for the carfax, and also asked him during dealerships, Bennett Jaguar/Land Rover. I bought a pre-owned 2008 Mercedes E350. I asked the representative for the carfax, and also asked him during the appraisal process if there has been any accidents for damages to the vehicle. He of course said not and proceeded. Later on that month, my friend ran an insurance report on the vehicle and noticed there has been substantial body damages to the vehicle never told to me. I went back to the dealer hoping they would adjust the price (because they sold it to me without the damages depreciation calculated) and they did nothing. I would think a dealership selling a product of this magnitude would service their customers a bit better, especially since Mr. Bennett, the owner has two Ferraris and a Lamborghini. He has to be the most stubborn man in the planet. He even told his drivers that they should not get paid because they are privileged to drive expensive vehicles, what a joke! More
