Superior Customer Service! It is indeed my pleasure to write a very positive review for John Varghese. I purchased my Jaguar from John on March 16, 2015. I was only in the early phase of considering buying a new car when I had my first interactions by email and telephone with John. I immediately was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. My biggest surprise of all is that he did NOT try to pressure me in any way and with that-he earned my trust! I then decided to not even shop around for a car at any other dealership before making my purchase with Bennett. John had sent me several photos of the car I was considering and then on my second telephone conversation with John which took place only 2 days later, he answered all of my additional questions, arranged my financing package and we finalized our deal right over the phone! That same evening John drove all the way from Allentown to Scranton and personally delivered the car to me, we signed the paperwork from the comfort of my home and then he took a great deal of time to show me all the features of my beautiful Jaguar XF before he left. Because of John Varghese, I will remain a loyal customer of Bennett in the future and I have also recommended John to all of my family and friends. I cannot say enough about his superior customer service and most importantly, his concern for me as his customer. John is committed to building strong business relationships and not just making a transaction and selling a car for his own benefit. Best Buying Experience I expected a lot in coming in to buy my new Land Rover. After all, it is a significant purchase and given where I live, I have to drive 2 hours to th I expected a lot in coming in to buy my new Land Rover. After all, it is a significant purchase and given where I live, I have to drive 2 hours to the nearest dealer. Even with my high expectations, John Varghese managed to exceed them. He was extremely knowledgable about the vehicles and took the time to understand my interests. Once I had selected a vehicle and we agreed on a deal, he made sure my new vehicle was absolutely perfect for delivery. He spent a considerable amount of time walking me through the extensive operations of the vehicle. Finally he has followed up a couple of times to answer any questions I have. I've had to purchase dozens of vehicles for myself and my business and this has been my best buying experience ever. More

YURIY. Hello I'm Yuriy, I ordered a Range Rover HSE LR-V6 SUPERCHARGED (Standard Wheelbase) on July 19th, 2014. It took 6 months for this car to be ready. I Hello I'm Yuriy, I ordered a Range Rover HSE LR-V6 SUPERCHARGED (Standard Wheelbase) on July 19th, 2014. It took 6 months for this car to be ready. I got a call from the sales person on January 23, 2015 saying the car is ready to picked up. The sales person even sent us pictures of the whole car. So when I got the ok call to pick the car up, I said can I pick it up on the January 24, 2015 around 10:00am because I wasn't planning get a new car on a snow day and something happing to it when I drive it home. The sales person said that's fine to get the car then, so on January 24, 2015 around 9:30am the calls me and says sorry we can't sell you the car because your income is to low. I don't understand why didn't the sales person tell me this on January 23, 2015 when the car arrived but the dealership waits till the day we both agree when I would come and get the car, they had me wait 6 months for this car and tell me this 2 days after it comes in. Why couldn't they tell me during those 6 months or when the car arrived? Then just saying ok that's fine if you come then at 10:00am pick it up. So after all this they say we can't sell you this car but we can give you the same exact one but with a V8 engine for $10,000-$15,000 more, but if you want a V6 engine then we have to get you a used one. Now 12 days later I still didn't get my refund for the deposit. More

He still continues to give me fantastic customer service. My fiance went back to purchase an LR4 because he enjoyed working with him so much throughout. To add that dealership as a whole has been amazing. More

Misleading, insulting, and way too "high-pressure sales pitch" with the extras, like roadside coverage and maintenance package. I already mentioned this all to Mike when he called me the day after the purchase. I do not wish to be contacted to discuss it further. One example: Belittled me for actually reading the contract before signing. I'm a commercial attorney, I'm paid to read contracts. I honestly would have laid into him but bit my tongue because I wasn't going to let his xxxxxxx behavior ruin my buying experience. If the dealership caused this behavior based on incentives, training or otherwise, shame on the dealership. More
