Above and beyond Friends had told us not to bother with Bennett Land Rover and to go straight to Edison, NJ where they know how to'deal'. We took their advice and we were so disappointed when the white LR4 the salesman located out of state was suddenly not available after the sales transaction had been done. The sales guy was not completely honest with us and wasted a week of our time trying to locate another one before telling us the one we thought we bought had already been sold! Utterly disgusted we went back to Bennett and John (with much assistance from Sabrina) really hustled to find us another white LR4 with black interior (apparently difficult to locate). When it looked like that trade with an out of state dealership might fall through John really worked hard to make it happen. He definitely went above and beyond what most salesmen would have done to make sure we got the white LR4 we wanted in the time frame we gave him. More

Stay away filing lawsuit, I'm a retired new car dealer I am a retired new york new car dealer 42 years in auto business. i bought a used porsche 911 delivered to me in nyc via their flatbed sev. ( i paid f I am a retired new york new car dealer 42 years in auto business. i bought a used porsche 911 delivered to me in nyc via their flatbed sev. ( i paid for flatbed to nyc) promised by G.S.M.. Alex Morra car was "perfect" that even his wife was driving.car delivered via flatbed with bulbs out ,rear view mirror knock off ( left on seat) and only -1- key ,(told they had -2- keys when bought it) but forgot to put in car when delivered. flatbed driver ALVIN said " i did not do this i picked it up like that" i called alex morra cell and he did not pick up. i took car seeing it was paid in full and my check cleared. alex morra called me back and said "my detail man admitted he broke it and i will pay for it" and i am sorry and will overnight you the 2nd key. now we can't use the car it is unsafe with no rear view mirror and bulbs out . so i drove to manhattan motor cars the closest porsche dealer to find out rear view mirror CANNOT BE GLUED BACK ON, need new windshield and new mirror, and when my 2nd key came from bennett maserati soft parts dept envelope ripped and key missing, finding out from porsche that to make a second key, car has to be reprogramed. appox $550.00.alex morra said "you signed for it I'm not paying" in 42 years being on the selling side of a new car dealer i never acted or treated a customer like this. O yes he said ill pick up car and try to glue first. then ill put in new windshield if need be" porsche said they do not re-glue because it can fall off,and seeing my wife and daughter would be driven i wanted it done properly. i refused to have car tied up another 2 weeks. so i am DOING WORK HERE AT MANHATTAN MOTORCARS and filing a lawsuit. stay away from this dealer take it from a retired new car dealer this manager Alex Morra should not be selling bicycles, never mind exotic cars. this is all a safety issue, that they should know as a dealer. this is not an ethical way of doing business.i called the maserati headquarters in new jersey customer service and told them that "i also own a new masareti now at my second home " and they said i have to take it up with "the dealer and theres nothing they can do" so i am reaching out to Harald j. Wester C.E.O. maserati in england. stay away from this dealer! More

Our sixth Bennett experience and why we come back. It was our pleasure to have leased or purchased our sixth vehicle from Bennett Jaguar, four of which were Jaguars and two Range/Land Rovers. It has also been a recent pleasure to have leased/purchased our second consecutive vehicle from Mike Fegley. Mike’s approach has made our experience with Bennett Jaguar hassle and worry free. He’s managed to find ways to accommodate our personal and financial needs during our vehicle shopping experience. We find him to be open, honest, and easy to talk with.
