World class service! This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. John my salesman and Justin the Sales Manager are World class! Typical Used Car Salesman Tactics I found a vehicle on Edmunds.com that I wanted at this dealership. On March 22 2016 I inquired via email as to its availability. On March 23 I talked I found a vehicle on Edmunds.com that I wanted at this dealership. On March 22 2016 I inquired via email as to its availability. On March 23 I talked to the internet sales rep and confirmed that it was available. I scheduled an appointment for 9:00 am on March 24, got up at 6:00 am and drove the fifty miles to the dealership with money in hand only to be told that the car was sold. This is the kind of garbage that I might expect from a typical used car dealer, but not one that purports to be "one of the finest." The very least they could have done was to let me know and save me the trip.
