My experience with this dealership was nothing short of top quality. I scheduled and met with Asa several times to test drive and review defenders. He answered all the questions I had regarding availabilit top quality. I scheduled and met with Asa several times to test drive and review defenders. He answered all the questions I had regarding availability, order timing, reliability, and options. I used the online builder to create the 110 x-dynamic I wanted. Ordering these is an experience in itself. I heavily researched options, timing, reliability, and expectations on Defender2.net and the Defender 2020 Forums. Asa kept me up to date on my build, shipping, and arrival dates. We went over all the options I had ordered and what was actually provided in the final Defender that arrived (it fully matched my order). The ordering process exceeded my expectations and the dealership were upfront with pricing from our first meeting and did not pressure me at all regarding the agreed upon cost, add-ons, and additional coverages. My order from beginning to end was a little over 4 months. During that time I checked in with Asa and ended up adding a rear partition for my dogs, side steps for access ease, and a cargo box and rails for luggage. They were able to add the partition and side steps prior to me taking the initial delivery. The rails and luggage were on backorder. We worked with Desiree from the Service Department to have these items installed immediately when they came in. I also give the service department 5 stars for this process. They provided me with a ride home and had everything installed day of. I took note of how efficiently they were working to get costumers in for services and oil changes, meet their needs, and complete things properly. They also washed my new vehicle free of charge. I have not had any issues or service notifications with my defender and am eclipsing 2500 miles. The PIVY system has updated once so far via WIFI and is extremely smooth. IMO this a fantastic vehicle with great details and offers all the amenities I need for my young family. I am very happy with my new defender and thank Land Rover Allentown for their efforts and insight to date. If you are interested in a new or certified Defender, I recommend Asa and Land Rover Allentown to assist you. More
I purchased a 2021 Land Rover Autobiography certified used with low miles on 5/25/23. The entire experience was less customer friendly to say the least. I was dealing with a manager named Moe Zureigi h used with low miles on 5/25/23. The entire experience was less customer friendly to say the least. I was dealing with a manager named Moe Zureigi had it not been for him in the beginning I would have never bought the vehicle from them. Once it was passed off to a sales associate and the finance manager that is were things went down hill. The finance manager did not appreciate when I was able to get a better rate from my own bank rather than one that they had submitted my application to and actually told me that I was not going to get the published rate that my bank was offering. We had discussed a time for delivery and I asked the Manager and sales associate to have the paperwork ready to sign that I was tight on time. When I arrived at the dealership I was the only one in the dealership that was purchasing a vehicle so they should have been no problem getting the paperwork signed and delivering the car in a timely manner. When I arrived nothing was ready non of the paperwork was prepared, the finance manager never came out of his office to greet me or discuss anything with me in stead the sales associate walked back and forth to get the necessary paperwork so I could sign it. I was evident this was nothing more than an attempt to drag the process out and and make it take longer than it should. Once the paperwork was signed they finally brought the car around So I could take the car and leave the dealership. The $118,000 car, that was the owner of the dealerships wife's car was half washed at best, the windshield was dirty and where the advertising numbers were on the windshield was still visible with a dirt line outlining the numbers, the roof wasn't washed, the windows were not cleaned and inside wasn't wiped down, I had to take the car and wash it myself to make it presentable, We folded the rear seats down and found $1.76 cents in change, goldfish crackers, pieces of kids toys, trash and candy. When I called the manager Moe about this he apologized and said it should have never left the dealership that way, and offered to detail the the vehicle whenever I was in the area. Why would I want to bring it back after they did such a good job the first time! Maybe I have to high of expectations or standards by expecting to have the dealership do what they say they were going to do and have the paperwork ready, and to have a vehicle delivered clean! More
If I could have given no stars I would have. DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE from this showroom. They take zero accountability or responsibility. When you drive away you are done. I purchased one Jag DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE from this showroom. They take zero accountability or responsibility. When you drive away you are done. I purchased one Jaguar and three Range Rovers at different times. The first three were amazing. Still have the Jaguar XF. The last of which was a 2016 Evoque HSE. After taking it home day 1 I began to have leaks through the windshield causing damage to the roof and wiring. Car was brough in numerous times to repair the leak that kept reoccurring over six times. I wanted to return the car, and nobody would help. Passenger side still does not work. Granted I put a lot of highway miles on the vehicles from my home to the office in NYC. Just after the warranty expired The catalytic converter and front head lamp setting me back over seven grand. Then the engine had to be replaced after the car had 140k in milage another twenty grand. Good for a year and then the car won't go into gear. I just spent another nine thousand. What was worse is that the car was brought there on January 23, 2023, and it took them till May 15, 2023, to have it repaired and returned. The process was dismal. No communication. No options just a lot of run around. I only got my car serviced after calling the main range rover eastern office. I gave then opportunities to take it back and sell me something else and it was always an upside-down deal in their favor. Zero accountability for a vehicle that should last more than three years for its price point. The staff to this day has never called me to recognize any fault on their part or tried to reconcile and exchange a LEMON. Seriously beware of buying here and beware of the service department. They will treat you great for the first year after that you are dead to them. More

Terrible customer service! I came to buy a car and got a major attitude from Phill Euston. I have no idea what is the problem of this guy. Very arrogant, talking down on people I came to buy a car and got a major attitude from Phill Euston. I have no idea what is the problem of this guy. Very arrogant, talking down on people, and have no empathy. I could feel he is so mean. I left the place while I felt so insulted and I surely not going to give my business to this place. I recommend you look elsewhere, where the representative appreciate your money. What a j@rk! More
This dealership is located about two blocks from my office. I am an avid car enthusiast, so I buy/lease many cars and trade in my cars for new ones often. Bennett dealerships are truly the worst I have office. I am an avid car enthusiast, so I buy/lease many cars and trade in my cars for new ones often. Bennett dealerships are truly the worst I have ever encountered, which is a shame as they are local to me. My most recent experience was terrible. I had a completed buyer's order after getting a price quote to purchase a truck. They sent me a credit application which I completed. They pulled my credit (hard inquiry on my credit bureaus). The latest manager, Dave Dargenio, called me back later in the day and said that they changed their mind and would only sell the car if I trade them my car (with them giving me approximately $30,000 less than it is worth). I told them that I would prefer to keep my trade and not trade it. Without my trade, they were not selling me their car (which is not what was agreed to in writing). This news was told to me after running my credit and sending me a final buyer's order (including about $3,000 of nonsense "Bennett Shield" and "Glass Protect" markups). Simply put, these people are the most unethical you will encounter. They are not people of their word. Their sales staff and management team turn over very regularly, so I sometimes stop in to give them another try. But it is always the same runaround. I have many friends/colleagues in the Allentown area that are also car aficionados and their experiences with Bennett appear to have been not much different than those of my own. More
My Land Rover Discovery had nothing but trouble from the day I purchased it. Service ignored and/or dismissed my concerns until it stalled on a major highway. Six service visits (the last of which lasted o day I purchased it. Service ignored and/or dismissed my concerns until it stalled on a major highway. Six service visits (the last of which lasted over a month at a different dealership) later, the issue was discovered. Service team was really unresponsive, kept charging me for work that didn't fix the problem, and wouldn't offer a loaner car. More
My 2010 Range Rover Sport arrived at Land Rover Allentown for service on May 11. I heard nothing for a week despite leaving voice messages and sending texts to the number the dealer suggested for the purpose for service on May 11. I heard nothing for a week despite leaving voice messages and sending texts to the number the dealer suggested for the purpose. I finally spoke with the service manager on May 18, agreed on a course of action for the repairs, and he called on May 19 with information about the parts to be ordered. Since that time, I have left numerous messages, spoken with several ‘receptionists,’ and once reached the assistant service manager, who was abusive and failed to call back as he promised. The dealership has had my car for May 11 through June 17, thus far. They refuse to return calls and no one answers the phone except for the receptionist. I had one phone call initiated by the dealership in a month. Calls have not been returned, no texts have been answered, and any messages have either not been delivered or have been ignored. I finally spoke with the head of service on June 14. Little progress had been made, because the dealership had not followed through on its parts request. The head of service, Nate Francis, told me so when he checked; he said it was the next item on the parts department’s list. It is Friday June 17 as I write this and he did not returned my calls today. An assistant manager called after closing hours to tell me that the car would not be repaired on Monday. I was informed that the parts department would ‘reach out’ about the order which was supposed to have been delivered over a week ago. Of course, they cannot reach out until next week. More
