It all started with an email to Tracey in internet sales who verified our selected vehicle were in stock, she met us by name upon arrival and set us up with Shane. We arrived at 2pm and both vehicles were ready side by side for a test drive. Shane took us out and we appreciated his patience and knowledge of the vehicles. My wife's last purchase was a 2008 Range Rover (in 2008) so it was due time for a new vehicle. Shane walked us thru step by step and made sure we walked out with our new car that day. He has checked on us numerous times during this past month and we know we can reach out any time we have a question or concern. He worked with the finance manager to make this awesome vehicle a reality for my wife. It was white glove service all the way from start to finish. Complete with bow on top!
