I have never experienced a more stressful customer experience or incompetent “luxury”dealership in my entire life. I had a new car delivered and from day 1 the car had issues. My car was dead in th experience or incompetent “luxury”dealership in my entire life. I had a new car delivered and from day 1 the car had issues. My car was dead in the lot on day 1. Having to jump my brand new car every 2 days just so I could drive it. My brand new car’s battery kept dying after being parked for 1 hour, couldn’t lock my doors, car would turn off while driving, car going into limp mode, etc. I brought in the car on multiple occasions for the same issue and it couldn’t ever be fixed. I had to constantly call and follow up about progress. I was told lie after lie about technicians being brought in from over seas, etc. They had my car sitting without being serviced for months when I brought it in on May 5th, 2023. Even though after 30 days they should have informed me that the car was a lemon. I still continued to trust them. Huge mistake. Only to receive the service records that show they NEVER even worked on my car and lied about it. They just let it sit for months. I asked repeatedly to be let out of my lease and I was told by Jose & Desiree I have to “ask about that”. They had my car for 8 months and couldn’t fix it. I have been expected to pay for this vehicle I hadn’t been able to drive in 8 months. I was pressured into taking my car back after they claimed it was “fixed”. 2 days later the car died in a parking lot at a mountain while it was -13 outside and my children were with me. After that, the car went into limp mode on the highway and I couldn’t accelerate past 30 mph. While my 3 children were in the car. Again, upon receiving the service records showing they didn’t fix the car, it wasn’t even worked on. The lack of communication, lies, run around, empty promises, lack of professionalism, lack of accountability or care for their customers is HORRIFYING. And don’t expect anything different from Landrover Corporate. I was promised that a rental car would be covered by the dealership & corporate because of my horrific experience. I was assured by Jose & Dennis Kelly that if I took this unsafe car back that he would “take care of us”. I have yet to receive one call, text or email from anyone in Upper Management who can make this situation right. They handed me a bottle of red wine when I picked my car up and said we’d love to take care of you for your next purchase….. I’ve asked to be let out of my lease multiple times to no avail. Every single time I call no one who is in management is in the “building”. I went to pick up my rental that they “graciously” offered to pay for. And then didn’t. The rental receptionist told me that no credit card was left by Bennett and I would have to pay upfront for this rental. My credit card was charged $1400. The management staff will avoid you and constantly claim they are “unavailable”. I have just been informed that if I would like a vehicle to drive I must pay out of pocket until my repairs are done. On a car that is literally unable to be fixed. They had my car for 8 months last time. I’m expected to make lease payments & and pay out of pocket for a rental for the next 6 months?? The service records state the car is not fixable and is being slated for RECALL for the battery issue and while it was in their shop they didn’t put the windshield cover back on and water got into the electrical system and shorted the entire system. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE! It has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare!!!!!! The entire establishment shows a clear lack of leadership and any sort of accountability or ability to rectify scenarios for their customers. More
Phill Euston is the best Service Manager I have had the pleasure of working with. I’ve had high end luxury cars for 40+ years and no one was more caring and friendly than he is. Please read until the end… My experience began in July ‘23when I custom built/ordered a ‘24 RR Sport. I dealt with salesman Billy M who took my $5000 deposit at that time. Over the next few months Billy updated me on progress of the build as well as expected delivery dates. Originally, the car was supposed to arrive in late December. It arrived the first week of December. Billy called that the car had arrived and was told 1) I needed to let him know how much money I was going to put down as well as 2) to obtain car insurance and 3) fill out the Financing information on Bennett site. Working in healthcare, I completed these things over the next few days with the intention of coming on the weekend to view the car. On Thursday evening about 5 pm, Billy contacted me and said there was an issue with the financing even though I had good credit 750+, 30 yrs old with no education loans or other debt. I was asked to provide my three last pay stubs, which I did that showed I had the income to purchase this car. Billy told me that I would need to put 50 or 60k down on this car if I was going to finance because I did not have the financial history or I would need to have a co-signer with good credit. I don’t know why in the 5 months since July financing wasn’t completed. I called the dealership the next morning and spoke with Billy about what had happened and why I could not get approved for the financing even though the credit report had come back good and I was debt free with verified finances that I could afford the car. At this point I began to be skeptical of this dealership and that the dealership probably had a higher cash offer on the car and that if they were going to sell it to me, I would have to put a lot of money down to make it worth the dealerships while. I told Billy of my concerns and that I was done with the dealership and wanted my $5000 deposit back. An hour later I was called by the dealership manager Toni who “apologized that he didn’t get involved sooner and that they treat doctors differently” and that “he would call in favors and get the deal done”. He also had pulled up on google maps my office from my paystubs and remarked what a large building it was and that I must have had many offices in it. At this point I felt very creeped out and knew there was no way I wanted to deal with Toni or this dealership. I contacted Billy and said for Toni not to call me again and that I was done and requested my deposit back. Billy informed me the dealership would process the request and refund my deposit in full by the end of the following week at the earliest or the beginning of the next week. Two weeks went by and no deposit was given. I contacted Billy again who said they would get on it. Now it was after the first of the year so I called again and left a message for Billy and was not called back. The following week I did not give my name and was able to speak to Billy and asked why my deposit had not been processed. He placed me on hold and said he would talk to Toni and when he returned to the phone told me it would be processed in the next 7-10 days. Again I waited patiently for two weeks (1.5 months total) time since requesting refund. I printed out the emails and text messages I had with Billy, the voicemail transcripts, the receipt of my deposit and the account slip that they had processed my check in July. I also had a detailed log of phone calls and who I spoke to. With this information I went to my district justice who called the dealership on my behalf and was transferred to accounting department Candice. With the guarantee that legal action was being pursued Candice called back that afternoon and said the refund was being processed. I received my refund in full that Monday 1/31 and deposited it. Thus ends the saga. I think I dodged a bullet with this dealership and the sales staff/management who I believe are dishonest and had no intentions of returning my deposit. More

I have a 2016 Land Rover discovery sport hse luxury with a starting problem and I spent over 1200$ for parts from this dealership. This dealership told me they would schedule an appointment to fix the problem and a week later this dealership puts up a formal sign in their paying department saying they will no longer work on 2016 and older land rovers. I asked what am I to do now since most garages tell me Land Rover has the only tools to work on their cars., and Land Rovers answer to me was your problem. Unbelievable. I have a Land Rover im still paying on and dealership who sells these cars but won’t fix them. You couldn’t give me a car from this place, that’s how unsatisfied I am.👎 More
