This was actually a pleasant and fun experience…yes, that's right, I said a fun experience. Alex, our salesman, greeted us immediately and dazzled us with his product knowledge of the QX80. This car is loaded with lots of fun stuff and there was not one question he wasn't able to to address. He pleasantly worked our deal with Mike and made the whole process quite seamless; my husband and I did not feel the "typical" pressure you usually feel at a dealership. We test drove the car on Monday and I picked it up on Saturday am and couldn't be happier. Alex spent ample time with me so I understood the features and welcomed me back with any questions I encounter as I adjust to the car. He even helped my husband with the Bluetooth in his car. Great customer service is hard to find these days but you will find it here! Look no further for another Infiniti dealer, the staff here is wonderful! More
