Excellent service experience. Service manger Chris went out of his way to accommodate my schedule to have my QX60 serviced. I had an issue with vibration of the tires on my Q70L. They ran some tests on my car and determined, that the issue were the Michelin tires. They replaced the tire and the issue was resolved. We had a VERY Bad Experience here! They Did NOT Fix our car! We were lied to/mislead in my opinion. Our Infinity overheated, had taken in for service. Was told it was a water pump and likely a $1,700 jo car! We were lied to/mislead in my opinion. Our Infinity overheated, had taken in for service. Was told it was a water pump and likely a $1,700 job, worse case scenario a $6,000 job. Next we get a call advising it is a $12,000 job! Because some "Sproket is stuck" or something or the timing belt was bad. Asked how much is a new engine? $22,000. Not worth it and were very upset with how this escalated from $1,700 to $12,000. Spoke to the General Manager at this point: John Anderson, who told us he would look into it and help us. Next he calls and says $5,500 but would work with us to get it down a bit. He seemed nice and felt a little better. Was told "Activators Bad" and new water pump needed so settled in for that situation. Well yesterday receive a call from Chris Tose saying "Guess what??!! Our Service Technician made a mistake!" I have the Receipt in front of me with the language used: "Sprockets appear to be okay, check timing again, find timing chain is off One Tooth, reset timing chains to proper position & put back together, start car, no engine light, light and car is running properly, no other repairs needed" Exact Quote of of our $1805.98 bill. Well...on the way home, the car lurched through a light which turned RED in this bucking process and almost got my HUSBAND HIT by Another Car!!! Then on the highway it sputtered a bit and as we pulled into our driveway, the SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON! Really??? And Now, nobody will answer my call there or return my call after NUMEROUS messages left yesterday and today. WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO OUR CAR? It certainly isn't FIXED. We were Yanked around and clearly lied to in my opinion. A Micky Mouse Mess and a RIP OFF of $1805.98 that almost got my Husband in a bad accident in an unsafe car right off their service department's "ALL CLEAR" with the vehicle. Unbelievable!!!! I would expect more from an Infinity Dealership! I can Even POST Pictures of their Bill with that language above in the Write Up....you can't make this stuff up!!! Just Unbelievable! V. More
Service dept said they installed air filters and cabin filter and charged me when i got home something told to check i did they didnt changed them and charged me $198.00 for parts and labor when confronte filter and charged me when i got home something told to check i did they didnt changed them and charged me $198.00 for parts and labor when confronted he told me to bring the car back i live 45 minutes away i said no thank you i want my money back they just wanted to give me the money for the filters and still charge me for labor they didnt perform they ended up sending the money never again More

Chris Fiorot went above and beyond to help me get the van I wanted. He stayed late, drove to meet us at another dealer location and followed up to ensure we were happy with the service and purchase. Great Service I brought my Q70 in for service for an oil and filter change plus state inspection and emission testing. My car was returned clean and everything was I brought my Q70 in for service for an oil and filter change plus state inspection and emission testing. My car was returned clean and everything was done right the first time along with a quick turn around. So quick in fact, I had just started my second cup of coffee when Mark Kirkner told me my vehicle was ready. I highly recommend Bennett for sales and service. More
