I have been a customer of Bennett Infiniti since 1997. I have purchased 5 Infiniti 's from them since then. Recently I took my 2018 Q50 in for service. The bill was approximately $736. The next day I I have purchased 5 Infiniti 's from them since then. Recently I took my 2018 Q50 in for service. The bill was approximately $736. The next day I received coupons in the mail from Infiniti. One of them was for $75 off of over $500. I have asked for Bennett to honor this coupon and to credit back my Visa for $75. I have explained that I am moving to TX this week. All they are willing to do is give me a 75 credit for my next service. I will not be returning to PA and explained this to them to no avail. So much for all of my years of loyalty to Bennett. I am retired and on a limited income. I could really use that money. So so unfair from a gigantic corporation like Bennett. Disgraceful. The original contact was wonderful. The day I picked up the car, I was surprised it was not ready for me. It was pretty clean but the storage area between the seats was sticky dirty.
