Moe didn't care for me as a customer. He did not try to gain a return customer instead he made me feel like I'm cheap and if I don't buy it then someone who isn't cheap will. I dealt with multiple Infiniti dealers that all acted like they wanted my business. The single reason I purchased from your dealer is because time was an issue. Trust me if I wasn't pressured I would have gone to an Infiniti dealer that would respect me as a customer. I was in an accident which caused my vehicle to be totaled. Not getting what I expected from the insurance, my insurance more than doubled, I probably would have just leased a new one instead. Then I go to your local dealer and get no respect. Then to top it off, you send me an email after I bought it telling me the car dropped $1000. That makes me feel like a huge sucker. Very unhappy. More
All aspects of our purchase experience were handled in a friendly and professional manner. We were allowed test drives in as many models as we wished. I came in to Bennett Infinity looking at a Subaru Legacy on the lot and ended up purchasing it: however besides Les Boty being extremely helpful and courteous I felt extremely disappointed with the service on the lot and ended up purchasing it: however besides Les Boty being extremely helpful and courteous I felt extremely disappointed with the service and treatment I received. For starters, I was at the dealership from 9:30 AM to nearly 2PM; that is BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE for purchasing a car even with checking my credit. I have never been at a dealership for more then 2-3 hours and on a Saturday when things were quiet make it even more deplorable. Secondly, the dealership damaged my trade-in vehicle and destroyed my license plate because they could not properly remove it prior to my signing the title to the dealership. I did not even receive an apology for damaging my old car before it was theirs. The finance manager just kind of joked about it and refused to waive the fee for the title transfer after unnecessarily damaging my property which required a new license plate because of it. If it was not for Les Boty going above and beyond what was necessary to ensure my satisfaction, I would have given both the customer service & the overall experience ‘1's’ and not ‘3's’. Needless to say, I will never purchase another car from this dealership and if I do choose to purchase an Infiniti in the future I will be taking my business elsewhere so I can be treated with professionalism, courtesy and respect. More

Bennett Infiniti is by far the best auto service group that I have ever dealt with. This includes Lexus, Acura and Mercedes. Mark and Rick go out of their ways to ensure good service and not any more th that I have ever dealt with. This includes Lexus, Acura and Mercedes. I purchased my 2008 Qx56 and have had onl I traded in my QX56 for a 2014 QX60 The reason I was back a Bennett was due to the s Service Department. I purchased my 2008 Qx56 and have had only serviced at Bennett where Rick and Mark always treat you like you are their only customer. After 204000+ miles the vehicle is in great shape but it is time to get a new one. I looked at several different models but decided to return to Bennett due in part to the Service Department. The Sales staff were very courteous and considerate in helping me find the right vehicle. I test drove the QX70 and the QX60 with Jonathon prior to Friday who was also very nice. Both were great and I decided on the 60 based on the roomy interior. Brandon and Mo took me through the purchasing process quickly and painlessly. After 100 miles everything is great and I will continue to have my new QX60 serviced at Bennett. Thanks to all at Bennett. Great Job! More
