It would only beep while I was in park or traveling at a low speed. Once I accelerated it stopped. Searched the internet and found out it was a somewhat common problem. The SUV though the 3rd row is in motion or something bound the seats up when moving. I couldn’t fold the 3rd row up and down so the other recommended solution was to unplug the battery negative terminal for about 5 minutes, plug back in, and then fold the seats up/down to make sure they're cycling. What the article said it was an an easy fix, I didn’t want to try it myself. Fortunately, I drove past Bennett Infiniti in Allentown. I had some extra time and decided to see if they would take a look despite it being a rental. They took a look, followed the recommendation of unplugging the negative terminal and low & behold, problem was fixed. Even better yet, they were friendly & efficient. I was there a total of 10 min. Finally, it was done at no cost. Thanks you Bennett Infiniti More
I purchased my Infiniti at another dealership so I can only speak on the service department. Over the past two years, availability and quality of service have declined, and prices have increased. There ha only speak on the service department. Over the past two years, availability and quality of service have declined, and prices have increased. There have been small issues but nothing worth any type of disagreement. Everyone has struggled since COVID, so I try to be patient and understanding about all of that. But my recent experience has made me never want to return to Bennett. I brought my car, which is under warranty, to check out an issue I have been having with transmission. I additionally wanted them to check out the AC while it was there and one other issue. I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment, which is a problem in itself, as my car has been revving when accelerating and I have been concerned with longer travel. But I waited since I am under warranty. My husband dropped off the car for me and was quoted a $200 service charge at drop off. Pretty standard. Quick drop off, since they are so busy. On the date of service, my service advisor attempted to contact me and I was unable to take the call. I called back, trying to use the extension he provided me, but the only option was to leave a message for him. They are too busy to handle calls coming into the department and use an answering service. So if you cannot take their calls, you’re not going to get answers in a timely fashion. He called back eventually to tell me that they could not find any issue with the car and it was ready for pick up. Frustrating, since my car is not operating properly. I went to pick up my car and was told the bill was now $400! All that happened was that they looked it over. No work was done with parts or repair. I was then told that the service fee was PER issue that needed to be looked at. This was never communicated to my husband at drop off. Since his signature was on the work order, they told me they refused to adjust it. They actually told me that the bill should have been $600 since they looked at 3 different issues, and they were doing us a “courtesy”. I actually did speak with the service manager, John Veli, who constantly spoke over me, did not hear my concerns and was extremely condescending, argumentative, and disrespectful to both me and my husband. It explains the decline in service to see first-hand how unprofessional the manager is. This type of attitude trickles down. I ended up paying the $400 so that I could get my car (which is wrong), but I have never felt so disrespected and misled by any automotive dealer or service. It’s unfortunate because I love my vehicle and wanted a new one, but will NOT get another Infiniti, since this dealership is our only local one for service. Our service advisor, Tony, made an error by not fully disclosing the cost at drop off, but he was at least polite and professional. Perhaps he was rushed which is why he didn’t explain the charges, but that is not his fault. He actually joked with my husband about the cost of car service and said that we were under warranty so it should be ok…and then reiterated the $200 fee. I would have never left my car there to be looked at and agreed to $600 or even 400 just to look at it. NEVER. No other dealerships that we go to for our other vehicles do this. The biggest issue here is with the manager, John. Having a manager that won’t even hear a customer’s concerns, but rather speaks over you, is completely unacceptable. What happened to customer service? It’s entirely absent in this situation. I will be sharing this experience with all of my neighbors and friends. I would rather drive an hour or more for warranty items in the future while I still have this vehicle. I hope that the dealership takes this complaint seriously and tries to fix the wrong. I do intend to also reach out to corporate to escalate the problem. More

Bought a 2018 Infiniti QX60 May 2022 in Allentown, PA. Sale and trade-in went smoothly. However, I had to sell the vehicle so that I did not have a car payment as I am now a caregiver to an elderly parent Sale and trade-in went smoothly. However, I had to sell the vehicle so that I did not have a car payment as I am now a caregiver to an elderly parent. I filled out the cancelation form for the extended service contract on September 19, 2022 and was told 8 weeks to receive refund. In November after 9 weeks I contacted Patrick in finance and he informed me it would take a little longer. So when another 2-3 weeks passed I was told the check was mailed on Dec 12. I still had not received it. Patrick then informed me it was mailed to my PA address and if I wanted them to cxl the check and send another, they would take $35 from the amount they owed me. I told him to wait to see if I'd receive the forwarded letter. It's been another 2 weeks and nothing. I've sent Patrick 2 follow up emails stating it was not my error bc on the cxl form it clearly has my new address. I've never heard back from anyone. Now I am contacting Infiniti consumer affairs on Monday Dec 19. Over 3 months waiting for $2900 of my money is a disgrace. More
