They didn't to complete oil change they failed to grease truck I called them they told there no grease fitting on truck I bout new at dealer 2006 have gold plane $10.00 oil change for lifetime of More

The Gold Card oil change ($9.95) is just an oil and filter change. It never included fluid top off and chassis lubrication.
