Fantastic Experience I initially went to Bennett Chevrolet to have my Equinox serviced. Andy was so knowledgeable and adept at fine tuning the search for my car. It took no time at all for him to find the perfect car I had been dreaming about. Finalizing paper work Mark and Greg helped me over the phone and in person to answer all of my questions about my paperwork for my loan and they also helped me get my tags Mark and Greg helped me over the phone and in person to answer all of my questions about my paperwork for my loan and they also helped me get my tags and registration. Took 2014 Silverado back for rust on frame 7 trips to Bennett all they did was spray undercoating product over rust. Had to call GM in Detroit and they did nothing for me. Bought 7 Chevy's in m 7 trips to Bennett all they did was spray undercoating product over rust. Had to call GM in Detroit and they did nothing for me. Bought 7 Chevy's in my life never again. In the meantime my frame will continue to rust and in 10-20 years will be totaled. Not happy!!!! Thanks!!!!!!! Let's look at the facts #1 7 trips to Bennett,i live 25 miles away. #2 I can peel off undercoating and see the rust your body shop sprayed over. #3 look online Google frame rust on 2014 Silverado trucks see what comes up! #4 Bennett got paid for that poor undercoating attempt! There's a silent bulletin out for rust on frame. Wish I new how to attach pictures of my frame on this site. Those are the FACTS!!! More
Rude personnel with no customer service experience Called to schedule service for my Corvette and they transferred my call 4 times. Finally someone took the call and made the appointment with me for 9 Called to schedule service for my Corvette and they transferred my call 4 times. Finally someone took the call and made the appointment with me for 9 am. I checked in and after an hour and a half I noticed my car still sitting where I had left it. I ask the manager why he scheduled me for 9 am and told me to wait if he had no intention of servicing my car. We tell everyone to be hear at 9 am was the answer. Then he says in another 2 hours he may take a look at it. Stay away unless you have a lot of time to kill, they have NO respect for customers time. More

Dishonest and Incompetent Called to schedule a repair on my 2011 Suburban that I believed was under a recall (broken transmission dipstick tube). Mark took and verified my info Called to schedule a repair on my 2011 Suburban that I believed was under a recall (broken transmission dipstick tube). Mark took and verified my info, said they could help me and scheduled the appointment. I show up for the repair and now he tells me that the issue has already been fixed under the recall on my vehicle and that I am going to have to pay for it to be done again. This sounded strange to me...the recalled part has already been replaced and somehow managed to break again? Mark didn't think it was strange at all. I pressed him on this, telling him that I never brought it in for this to be repaired. I asked when it was repaired, could it have been done in conjunction with another service? He assures me, "This was fixed years ago" I once again try to find out the exact date of the supposed repair. Mark disappears for a few minutes and then returns with a different story...the repair was never done at all but the opportunity to have it fixed at no charge under the recall has expired so I have to pay for the repair anyway. Dishonest or incompetent, either way, I won't be going to Bennett for my new Suburban next year. More

Professional i have a 2007 equinox,recently moved here from li ny. i have had many issues with this vehicle and i was hesitatent to bring it to a chevy dealer,but i have a 2007 equinox,recently moved here from li ny. i have had many issues with this vehicle and i was hesitatent to bring it to a chevy dealer,but with all the electronics i had no choice. i brought it in and hoped i they would be better, since i was looking for a new car and would use this experience on my decision what dealer i would go to for the new car purchase. when i brought it in i was greeted by mr steve perseo,total pro,and i was worried how to return home to brigantine and he told me not to worry bennett had a shuttle service,sure enough i was taken home by another pleasant surprise dan the shuttle man,mr perseo called me and told me the problem and he would call when done and i could expect a return shuttle. perfect,ok so i had a minor issue with the repair called mr perseo and he told me to bring it in,i did got the shuttle again back and forth,and mr perseo saw to it the problem was resolved. even though i had to bring it back i did not mind since i felt this service dept was so much more professional than any other i experience in the past. i will come into bennett within the next month to purchase a new vehicle thanks to their service dept and the help of mr sterve perseo and the availability of a shuttle service to go back and forth. thank you More
