If I could give zero stars I would. I could not have had a more awful experience at this dealership. Our horrific experience started when we made an appointment to have our car’s air conditioning fixed. We a more awful experience at this dealership. We dropped off the car early in the morning and called at 12:30 and they still hadn’t looked at it yet…ok no big deal. At 4:30 we got a call that the compressor was broken and they had the parts to fix it but they didn’t have time to fix it that day…um why did we make an appointment for it again? So we explained that we had to come and get the car because we were going out of town the next day….service writer said no problem he would leave the keys with the night cashier. We get there around 5:30 and the night cashier says I have no idea where your keys or your car is…proceeds to call the service writer and wonder around the dealership looking for our keys and our car….she can’t find either. She walks me over to a wall of keys and says are any of these your keys? Nope none of them were my car keys. I leave my husband there to sort it out because I am now late for a meeting and the general sale manager is now looking for the keys and the car. He manages to find the car with the keys inside it locked in a service bay. He then proceeds to back the car out and hit a truck on a lift and smashes our back window and top piece of the car….I should also note that our car has not one but several sensors on it…and a rumbling seat that lets you know you are close to hitting something. He then gives my husband a rental because we can’t leave with a busted out back window. We got several updates from the service department during the week and they said they would detail the whole car. The glass took several days to get delivered to the dealership which again is fine….I understand that these things take time and on Friday the glass was delivered to the wrong dealership. On Monday they called to say the car was finished and we could pick it up. So this is our third time going back to the dealership….we have $190 deductible which I can’t believe they didn’t pick up but that is besides the point. We go out to look at the car, lift up the new glass on the hatch and the tailgate is covered in shattered glass, there is glass on the bumper and inside the trunk. Thankfully my husband And I found it instead of our 3 boys who use the trunk often for their gear and surfboards. So the car wasn’t detailed and now we have to go back for a fourth time to pick up the car. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy that’s how poorly and inefficient this dealership is run. Do yourself a favor and drive to whatever Chevrolet dealership is not Bennet Chevrolet. More

By some miracle, we saw Bennett Chevrolet from the highway and managed to limp our way there. Thankfully, they had some salespersons working but due to the holiday, service was not open until the next day. We attempted to get a rental but with the holiday, it was not looking promising. Moreover, we could not seem to find an available Uber to drive my husband to the closest airport, where the one open rental place was located. Incidentally, it looked bleak and it was getting stressful. The folks at Bennett Chevrolet were amazing! They graciously offered us a vehicle to use at no charge, fed us lunch (they were having a holiday cookout for their employees!) and reached out to the service manager (at home!!!) to get us in first thing, the next day to diagnose and fix our truck. These folks could have charged us through the roof to fix our car and or manufactured an unnecessary issue for the sole fact we were helpless and needed to get home. Did I mention we needed to tow an 8000lb camper home with us and therefore, our options were very limited? Instead, the issue was an easy fix and they took the effort to check our entire truck for any additional safety issues. Moreover, no one attempted to sell us a truck or allude to any likelihood that we would need to get one because our truck could take days to fix . Honestly, in our situation, we would not have gotten home without one. We cannot thank these folks enough especially the compassion shown by the sales manager Andy, the gentleman that sanctioned the vehicle for us to use, one incredible kind woman that helped with my girls and the gentleman that greeted us as soon as we got out of the truck. Without equivocation, I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Rip off Artist at their finest My fiancé's Chevy Traverse's AC unit stopped working last yr. So she took it back to the dealership where she bought it over here at Bennett. They charge you almost $100.00 just to diagnose your vehicle and if you agree to let them fix it then that $100.00 will go towards the bill. My fiance ended up paying $1,700.00 to get her AC unit fixed, which they said it was the Compressor. The very next year the AC unit went down again, so she took it back and again was charged $100.00 to have it diagnosed. They told her that the compressor warranty didn't cover what the problem was this time with her AC unit. This time it was a bad hose and charged her $700.00 to replace it. Just a little over a month the AC unit went down yet AGAIN. So she took the vehicle back to Bennett where they tried to charge her $100.00 just to diagnose the vehicle again and basically ended up telling her that it was another area in her AC unit that was bad and that the warranties she had the first time she was charged $1,700.00 for a compressor and $700.00 the second time for a hose that wouldn't cover what ever is wrong with it currently. She and I spoke with a manager named Ryan and he told us that the cost would be another $2,000.00 to have the AC unit fixed this time. Ryan being the swell sport that he is told her that since she had already paid $1,700.00 the first time and $700.00 the second time that he would deduct $700.00 off the $2000.00 for this one which it would only cost $1,300.00 to now get fixed......... Then while I was speaking to Ryan about the situation he tried to over talk me on the phone and basically said take it or leave it and there's nothing else he could do. Now when anyone takes a vehicle in to a dealership to get it fixed, most people don't know or understand all the terms and parts and inner workings of a vehicle. ALL PEOPLE want is their Vehicle to be FIXED bottom line. Not having to bring it back and forth for the same problem time after time just to be told your warranty is useless because that wasn't the problem with the vehicle last time we checked it. On top being charged ALOT of money. People TRUST to bring their vehicles to the dealerships because you are suppose to be the all knowing professionals. Your solang at Bennet is you guys stand by your products. SMH.....Your people MIS-diagnosed the problem with my fiancé's AC unit but instead of you guys doing the right thing and fix the AC unit FREE of charge because you guys dropped the ball on the MIS DIAGNOSES. You rip of artist manage to keep jacking up the price while still charging just to look at a problem she's been bringing the vehicle in for. BTW if the AC units are that bad in your vehicles you guys might wanna have them recalled. We received better customer services through A street mechanic. So if you want to go to this place and be charged a lot of money just to have your vehicle mis diagnosed and be charged a lot of money again and again then by all means GO SEE BENNETT they'll gladly rip you off, I mean take your hard earned money. Previous Lease Now Owner I previously had a lease with GM Financial, and Bennett Chevy and was happy. Today while doing routine service I happened to see a 2018 Chevy Trax tha I previously had a lease with GM Financial, and Bennett Chevy and was happy. Today while doing routine service I happened to see a 2018 Chevy Trax that caught my eye, needless to say; I'm now the proud owner of a new vehicle. I had no issues and everyone was wonderful! Definitely will keep using them in the future. More
DO NOT BUY HERE! After purchasing 2 Silverados, leased a third one. When warranty service issue was encountered took in as supposed to.
