Our whole experience with purchasing my new truck was very nice. Our salesman (DJ) and his supervisor (Frank) were very open and honest with sharing the numbers on the trade-in value and the cost of the very nice. Had an appointment to replace broken door handle (vandalism), oil change, and to address "Service brakes soon" message. Three hours later was told vehicle was ready. Read through service order and saw brake problem came back "nothing found". Paid my bill, went out, started truck and message appeared. Went back inside, confronted Kyle who said nothing was found, codes cleared when they worked on door handle. Said they could look at it after lunch (had been there since 9am). Rescheduled to have it looked at on Thursday (visit was on Tuesday). Cost just to hook up diagnostic was $190 (vehicle already had been hooked up when door was repaired), but they would waive it. This is the second time I've encountered issues with the service department, both involved Kyle. Sorry to say, if something occurs again, I won't be returning to Bennett after going there for years.
