I had the pleasure of speaking with Jim Bryant via email during my first few interactions with him. When my husband and I decided to go to the dealership on Tuesday, April 3rd, 2012, I emailed Jim to see if during my first few interactions with him. Unbeknownst to me, he came in on his day off to help us find another Tahoe to replace our previous one, which had been totaled in a very bad motor vehicle accident back in January. When we arrived, we walked in and were greeted by his warm smile and friendly disposition. Jim is one of the most courteous and sincere salespersons that we have come in contact with in a very long time. From beginning to end our experience with him, as well as Scott Lam, was truly a pleasurable one. If car dealerships had more people like these two gentleman, a customer's car buying experience would definitely be a positive one. My husband and I are pleased to tell our friends and family that we purchased our new Tahoe from Bennett Chevrolet and plan to send any of them back there when/if they are looking to purchase a new/used vehicle. Kim Capille went the extra mile to help me find the truck I wanted. I recommend this dealer, however, they are somewhat limited on the sub-prime banks they use, so if you have a lower than average credit score, I wouldn't recommend using them. However, they do have a good supply of vehicle choices, mainly American manufacturers, so if you prefer or like foreign, you may want to choose another location for your purchase, but this dealer is pretty good in my opinion. OLD REVIEW: They took one look at my credit and blew me off, fed me lies, submitting me to banks that I'd already ben CHARGED OFF FROM!!! Andrew Long was a sweetheart, but he could've been more honest with me after going to the sales desk and the finance mgrs. I will NEVER recommend this dealership and I work on the internet, and will bad-mouth them on twitter, facebook, in the media, word of mouth and every single other chance I get because of this. This was my third time visiting this dealership within the past 1.5 years, NEVER again. More

The experience was wonderful! My sales person named Kim Capille was excellent. She a very bubbly salesperson focused on customer service! There was no hassle, and no "bad" news during the car buying process only good news.
