They gave us a great value on our trade ins. Our sales men went and found us discounts on the new vehicle that we didn't even know about. The best part was after the deal was done i remembered another discount and my dealer ask the manager who gave it to me anyways. He could have said no because the deal was completed for the most part, but this just shows the owners integrity to the customer and if they offered a discount they will give it to you. Bobby and Andy are great sales men and they really want to help you even after the sale if you have questions about anything. Joe in accounting is great and strives to find you the best APR % that he can find you. I only went to service once with the G6 and those gentlemen are just as helpful as sales. A+ in my book. I will be back again. More

My initial contact with their sales people assured me that I was dealing with professionals that knew their products. Unlike the experience I received at other dealerships. All my questions were quickly and thoroughly answered. Their financial folks, rather than just throwing numbers at me provided options so I could make a choice in line with my capabilities. When time came for service I was given an appointment that was adhered to. All cost was provided prior to starting and no additional work was performed without my approval. When the time comes to start this cycle over you can be assured that I will return to Bennett and deal with Andy in the initial phase. More
I tried to purchase a vehicle for a local relative, by communcating with them by phone and email. After agreeing to a price, the dealer threatened to cancel an offered rebate but would do nothing to expe communcating with them by phone and email. I found the sales staff to be difficult and they became increasingly hostile, whereupon they cancelled the agreement with me. If you are dealing with them via the Internet, forget about it. And you might consider this bad experience even if dealing with them face to face. More
Purchasing a certified preowned vehicle from this dealership was a nightmare. I didn't even make it home before the service engine soon light came on. It took three return trips to get anything done, and they misplaced my keys and title on the third trip. Now, after less than a year and just over 10,000 miles, the engine on the truck I purchased from them has blown up, water pump, timing belt, and valve damage, because the service department never thought to check the timing belt when certifying the vehicle. Agreed that the sales people here are nice, but once they have your $, they pretend not to even know you. More

There pricing was awesome. They sold me a New Chevy Truck for $1000 below Invoice, and I still got the rebates. They must be loosing money.
