I have purchased 3 cars in 6 years from Bennett Chevrolet; the two previous times I have had the pleasure of dealing primerly with Donald Hood as my sales person. I originally started my car search on the internet and had been dealing with Scott for two or three days through e-mail. I set up an appointment to test drive a car, which I was allowed to drive for seve had been dealing with Scott for two or three days through e-mail. I set up an appointment to test drive a car, which I was allowed to drive for several hours. What a great way to test drive a vehicle! It was then I realized that I did not want that vehicle. No problem, no pressure. I asked to try another vehicle and I was guided to one that fit my budget with the options I wanted. After testing driving this one, I actually wanted to look at a third car. This was not a problem. Scott very willingly catered to what I wanted. This was the car I wanted! When it came to negotiating, they heard what I said and worked within my budget. No pushing, no swaying. They let me choose and gave me ample time to make my decision. I went into the dealership VERY stressed out and left VERY happy with my new car (2011 Chevy Malibu)! The finance manager Joe, was organized and friendly. Signing for a loan has never been easier. Cecile, the GM, came over to meet me, but did not hang around and let his employees do their jobs, which they were all obviously very well trained and comfortable with what they were doing. The dealership was clean and friendly. The doors were opened for me each and every time I entered the showroom by different employees. I was asked if I needed help, but not to the point where it was annoying. Everyone seemed to be happy to work there, from the cashier to the service department to management. After I returned home last night, I was talking to a friend about my experience and said that I walked away knowing I made the right choice and felt extremely happy that I was given the best deal possible for me. I do not know too may people who have purchased a car and walked out of the dealership feeling better than when they walking into the dealership. If I had to pick one bad experience.......there was not one Diet Coke in the dealership to be had, only Diet Pepsi!! LOL! More

We purchased a 2010 Malibu LTZ and Ryan Camm, the salesman, was very knowledgeable about the models, specs and accessories, and with no pressure to buy(a big reason why we came back). The parts and service departments were very helpful when we ordered body side moulding and had it painted and installed, along with regular maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). Dealing with Bennett Chevrolet has been very satisfying. More

I had seen the car advertised on the dealer's web site for around $15,000, a fair price according to the Kelly Blue Book. When I went to see the car in person,I was pleased to discover that the the actual sticker price was exactly the same as the price advertised on the web site. Justin Weeks,a sales person at Bennett who was recommended to me by a friend, greeted me warmly, and wasted no time in taking me out to the lot to see my perspective new car.He explained the car's features and ammenities,and was honest about the fact that the car in question had previously been a rental.However, Bennentt's excellent reputation, and the stamp of approval given by staff mechanic Kevin Weeks,made me feel completely at ease. I test drove the car and was throughly satisfied with the ride. I decided to purchase the car on the spot! Phil,the friendly and efficient financial guy, and Justin "crunched the numbers" and came up with a loan payment schedule and interest rate I could afford--with the help of a co-sighner. Phil helped us with all of the paper work and got our loan approved easily. Finally, we met with Joe to finalize the deal,and to transfer the registration and insurance. I rememberd Joe from the last time I purchased at Bennentt 10 years ago. He's as professional and straight forward as he had been on my prior visit. I had thought it would take all day to purchase my already leased car. I've always been weary of dealerships in the past and wasn't too happy about going there.
