This was my first time on my own walking into a dealership to look at a car. To say the least I was incredibly skeptical because I've heard a lot of horror stories about car dealerships. I had seen on the website the car I wanted, the internet price and the fact that the dealership doesn't work on commission. It was a very low pressure atmosphere and Jim was incredibly knowledgable on everything. As soon as I walked to the front I was greeted by a warm smile and friendly handshake. I felt like he was extremely trustworthy and really wanted to find the car and price/financing that would fit me best. He really listened to what I had to say and used that to put me in the car I wanted. I love the fact that the dealership takes care of everything! Since this was my first purchase on my own I had no idea what to do to get the registration, license plates and insurance updated. We sat down and literally did everything together so now there's no need to worry about anything. Marco also helped me get a great warranty for a good price that fits my driving pattern. He was very personable and very enjoyable to do business with. I'm in a great car, that runs and I will most definitely refer all my friends and family to Bennett Chevrolet for their next car purchase.
