Bennett Chevrolet

I have bought all of my cars from Bennett & used the service department also. On 2/19/2014, I took my car in for warranty work - I never liked my car (mainly due to previous salesman) who has since been service department also. On 2/19/2014, I took my car in for warranty work - I never liked my car (mainly due to previous salesman) who has since been fired - he did many things wrong including giving me the wrong color for Touch-up paint). I swore after this experience I would never buy a car from Bennett again. Well, I knew when I took my car in I was going to check out the new cars because I was so unhappy with mine. I was completely shocked at the change in the Sales Staff; Tony DiSalvio, Salesperson, listened to me to get a complete picture of what I'd like to see. He showed me all the different cars and I liked the size, price, etc. of the Chevy Cruze LT (what a Kool car white with black interior). It was the 1st and only car we took a ride in. After Tony showed me everything this car had (it was loaded with everything I wanted we went back inside and Tony estimated trade-in value, 3,000 points from my GM Card, etc. I than met with Mark Hendricks, Customer Satisfaction Manager (think I gave him a run for the money). He was gracious, understanding, and went out of his way to come to an agreement with me. I went back the next day, all went well thanks to Tony, Mark & Yasmin - I walked away with a Kool, safe, sturdy & beautiful car that I could afford Thanks to everyone involved - can't Thank them enough - YEH! MY BENNETT IS BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER!! ps. I have to mention Donna Lewis and Rob in Service both are professional, friendly, nice and helpful! More
