I had been to four or five other dealerships in the past few much and the customer service has ranged from extremely pushy, to none at all. When my fiance and I came to Bennett to buy a used car we met Joe few much and the customer service has ranged from extremely pushy, to none at all. When my fiance and I came to Bennett to buy a used car we met Joe who was very laid back. He was there with information when we needed it but did not push us into a sale we could not afford. After we decided to get a 2009 Hyundai accent we traded in My fiance's car. They gave us a good deal on our trade in and helped to get us financed. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jim Bryant via email during my first few interactions with him. When my husband and I decided to go to the dealership on Tuesday, April 3rd, 2012, I emailed Jim to see if during my first few interactions with him. Unbeknownst to me, he came in on his day off to help us find another Tahoe to replace our previous one, which had been totaled in a very bad motor vehicle accident back in January. When we arrived, we walked in and were greeted by his warm smile and friendly disposition. Jim is one of the most courteous and sincere salespersons that we have come in contact with in a very long time. From beginning to end our experience with him, as well as Scott Lam, was truly a pleasurable one. If car dealerships had more people like these two gentleman, a customer's car buying experience would definitely be a positive one.
