Andrew and the rest of the team at Bennett have transformed the new car buying experience for us. Being they do not work on commission there is no pressure to buy and they actually seem to care ab transformed the new car buying experience for us. I had a productive yet casual conversation on the phone with Andrew, free of the usual pressure-packed, "you have to come down here and we'll talk" speech. Once we arrived, we were greeted in a friendly and professional manner and it continued to stay that way throughout the process. All aspects were explained fully and clearly, and if anything was in doubt, extra time was taken to make sure we were comfortable. There is a distinct difference between Bennett Chevrolet and the multiple dealerships I was dealing with prior. On top of the positive experience, they also offered the best deals that I could find in the NJ/PA area. I will be buying my next car from them for sure! More

They spent almost 4 hours with me to get my car I wanted and all with NO commission. By far the best dealer I have been too so far. Andrew and the rest of the sales team were great. The whole process was quick and painless. I was very unhappy with the service I received at the Bennett Chevy dealership in Egg Harbor Twp. When I arrived in the beginning of the week, I found the perfect car for me at a reasonable price. The sales representative I spoke with was fairly new and gave as much information as he could; although he did add small remarks that seemed a bit less friendly whenever the opportunity presented itself. This was going to be the first car I would be financing since my previous cars were all paid for in full up front. I was planning to trade in one of my current cars under the "Cash for Clunkers" for $4500 to use as the down payment for my new car. I was given an estimate of the monthly payments before I submitted to having my credit checked, just so I wouldn't risk the credit dipping in case the numbers didn't work. All seemed well and we continued with making the trade and signing the papers. When the real numbers came back it was a much higher monthly payment with very high interest rates. They had no excuse other than me not having financed a car in the past and only having had credit for a few years. I am 24 years old and have paid for my previous cars in full. Why should I be penalized for not having to ever make a payment before and not having 10 years of credit history? I make all my credit card payments on time and I always give more than the minimum monthly amount. I feel I spent too much of my time dealing with people who just wanted to make extra money off of me because I am a young female and I am very upset that the salesperson I spoke with had the attitude he did. Never did he seem to take into consideration anything I said and he took every opportunity to belittle me whenever I made a comment about something either with the car itself or the dealings with the price. I work for a living and do not have the time to waste on people who care more about making me pay higher interest for a car worth much less. I felt as though I was being taken advantage of. More
