My wife and myself are very wary of salespeople. I lost one car due to superstorm Sandy and my Trailblazer at approx 180K miles, was worn. I heard about the $6K trade-in sale advertised thru a co-worker that recently purchased a vehicle from Bennett. I h at approx 180K miles, was worn. I had purchased my Trailblazer new from Bennett in 2005, so I was familiar with the dealership. When I went to the dealership, Andy helped me right away, was informative, but not pushy. His pleasant demeanor and knowledge of his product put me at ease instantly. Being a single female, entering a car dealership on my own, can be a bit intimidating. I did not feel that way once speaking with Andy. When I decided on the vehicle I liked, and the paperwork was processed, I met with Scott. Scott was also extremely easy to work with. He did not strong arm me to purchase additional product, instead, he informed me of my options and told me of his own personal experience with the cars and services/warranties he has purchased. This was quite helpful since we have similar driving situations, long commutes, etc. Overall, my experience in purchasing my vehicle through Bennett Chevrolet, was an excellent experience and I would recommend them to anyone buying a vehicle, new or used, as I have now purchased both from Bennett.
