I expected to have a car salesman continue to pester me until he got me in his dealership. But not Jim, He called once, left an email once, that was it for a couple days. Then I contacted him and he said when ever your ready to come down. I like that! He was very thorough with the buying experience, answering all our questions or concerns regarding the two makes we were interested in, The Arcadia & Traverse, Traverse won! Jim even made sure the car was ready for pick up, small details that my wife wanted taken care of, Jim took care of it. Small shout out to Yasmin, she made signing my name fun!
