At Bennett we begin your sales experience with our “Never Pay Retail” policy. We know there are plenty of dealers that begin their negotiations at MSRP or above. We believe in showing you the actual factory invoice because we believe a “Full Disclosure” approach provides you with the honesty and integrity that you deserve. We never use a second inflated sticker for items such as stripes or door edge guards just to create false discounts. Bennett's Non Commissioned sales team will show you the factory invoice to show you GM MSRP, the genuine invoice price, and we show you what a GM Supplier Employee would pay. We then use the GM Supplier Price, creating a price that no other dealer would even consider. Our friendly staff saves you hours by eliminating the back and forth process found in most other dealerships. At Bennett, even vehicles like the Corvette Stingrays are priced below MSRP. We would never allow you to pay an additional mark-up just because the vehicle is high demand.

We have always been impressed with their service department. Today, we came in to buy a truck, and James Cho was an amazing sales person. I don't live in NJ anymore I live in Rochester NY now but I came down to NJ for the week to help me in the past several years has been very helpful. My Sales experience was great. The sales associate Nycki is this dealerships best asset. It ends there with the service department. Brand new 63,000 truck. I ordered side steps and was told to bring it in as they were there. 1/2 hour drive each way. I was told when they opened the box they were'nt the right ones, OK. Brought back in a second time for installation. Plates come in and I mention to the service staff that the adaptive cruise control wasn't working. Possibly I was doing something wrong. NONE of the service people had a clue to how it worked. REALLY? OK I was told to make an appointment 1 week later. Today I was in the waiting room over THREE hours. Then was told it wasn't fixed do I want to keep waiting??? NO. I was told to bring it back next week and they would TRY to get me a Loaner from ENTERPRISE? REALLY? OK I'll finish my review next week. WORST SERVICE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED after spending over 60K on a Brand New Truck. More
