I'LL START BY STATING THAT MY WIFE AND I HAVE BOUGHT I'LL START BY STATING THAT MY WIFE AND I HAVE BOUGHT A 2006 HONDA, NEW, FROM EBERSOLE HONDA IN 2006. WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GOOD TO SAY PERTAINING I'LL START BY STATING THAT MY WIFE AND I HAVE BOUGHT A 2006 HONDA, NEW, FROM EBERSOLE HONDA IN 2006. WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GOOD TO SAY PERTAINING TO THE HONDA. WITH THE DEALERS AND THE SERVICE. IT HAS BEEN PERFECT.BUT NOW TO MY HORROR STORY. END OF NOV. 2012 I HAD AN ACCIDENT WITH MY 2009 SILVERADO PICK-UP TRUCK. THE DATE WAS 11/27/12.THE ACCIDENT HAPPENED 126 MILES AWAY FROM MY HOME. I WANTED TO HAVE IT FIXED NEAR HOME SINCE THE INSURANCE CO. SAID I COULD TAKE WHERE I WANTED TO HAVE IT FIXED.I LIVE A HALF MILE FROM EBERSOLE. ON OR AROUND DEC 2, 2012 I HAD THE TRUCK TOWED TO EBERSOLES BODY SHOP, LOCATED ON THE DEALERSHIP PROPERTY. THEY EXCEPTED TO REPAIR IT AT AN ESTAMIT OF OVER 13000 DOLLARS. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 15 DAYS TO REPAIR. TWO WEEKS LATER I STOPPED AT THE BODY SHOP AND ASKED WHY THEY HAVEN'T STARTED ON THE TRUCK. THEY SAID IT IS SCHEDULED TO GO IN ON JAN.7 2013.SO NOW IT IS OVER A MONTH AND ITS STILL NOT IN THE SHOP.WORK BEGINS ON JAN. 3,2013. SOMEWHERE AROND THE SECOND WEEK IN FEB. 2013 I STOPPED TO LOOK AT THE TRUCK, THEY HAD REPLACED THE BUG SHIELD WITH COMPLETLY WRONG SHIELD, AND THERE WAS A DENT IN DRIVERS DOOR THEY REPAIRED. I TOLD THEM TO FIX THE DENT. THE INSISTED THERE IS NO DENT. I CAN SEE THE DENT PLAIN AS DAY. KEVIN SAYS DIFFERENT PEOPLE AT THE SHOP CAN,T SEE THE DENT.I SAID THEY DON,T SEE IT BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SEE IT OR *********.SO I STOPPED FIGHTING ABOUT THAT. ABOUT A WEEK LATER I STOPPED AND HE ASKED IF I WANTED TO DRIVE IT. WE WENT FOR A RIDE AND I TOLD HIM THE STEERING FEELS TIGHT, HARDER TO STEER. HE SAID ALL THAT NEEDS DONE IS TO WASH IT. WE GET BACK AND THE ALTINATOR IS MAKING A LOT OF NOISE. NOW THIS WAS A SEVIRE HEAD ON COLLITION. I SAID THE ALTINATOR NEEDS REPLACED. THEY HADE TO TALK TO ALLSTATE. TOLD THEY CAN;T DO ANYTHING UNLESS ALLSTATE SAYS SO. NOW THE TOTAL IS OVER 15000. STILL A DENT IN THE DOOR. STILL STEERS HARDER.END OF FEB. 2013 THEY TELL ME TRUCK IS DONE. I ASK IF IT WAS INSPECTED TO MAKE SURE IT IS SAFE TO DRIVE. THEY SAID IT WAS NOT INSPECTED BUT ITS SAFE. I TOLD KEVIN I'M AFFRAID TO TAKE IT BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW IF IT IS SAFE AFTER ALL THE DAMAGE IT HAD. HE SAID ANY PROBLEM BRING IT BACK. IT'S NOW THREE MONTHS. I TAKE IT HOME AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO GET IT INSPECTED. THE INSPECTION FAILS, THEY SAID BOTH REAR BRAKE CYLINDERS ARE LEAKING.THIS TRUCK ONLY HAS 30000 MILES ON IT AND BEFORE THE ACCIDENT WAS IN LIKE NEW CONDITION. CALLED KEVIN TOLD ABOUT THE CYLINDERS. HE CALLED ALLSTATE, THE ADJUSTER CALLED ME AND SAID HE WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE TO LOOK AT THE BRAKES ON MARCH 5,2013. ADJUSTER CALLED 3/5/13 AND SAID HE WON'T LOOK AT IT UNLESS I HAVE SOMEWHERE UP ON A LIFT WITH THE WHEELS OFF. AND HE DON'T SEE HOW A HEAD ON COLLITION GOING 45 MPH , WITH BOTH FEET ON THE BRAKES FOR LIFE, CAN DO ANYTHING TO THE REAR BRAKE CYLINDERS.I CALL KEVIN HE SAYS HE CAN'T DO ANYTHING UNLESS ALLSTATE TELLS HIM TO. ALLSTATE SAYS EBERSOLES AGREED TO REPAIR TRUCK, ITS THIER RESPONSABILITY.SO NOW MY TRUCK SITS . CAN NOT BELIEVE THE ALLSTATE AND EBERSOLES LEFT ME HAVE AN UNSAFE VEHICLE WITHOUT CHECKING IT OUT FIRST.I WILL NEVER HAVE BODY REPAIR WORK DONE BY EBERSOLES AGAIN OR DEAL WITH ALLSTATE.KEVIN WAS VERY NICE, AND VERY POLITE NOMATTER HOW IRATE I WAS. BUT ALL HIS ANSWERS WERE CORPERATE ANSWERS.SO MY NOW SITS. WITH A DENT IN THE DOOR AND BAD BRAKE CYLINDERS LEFT FOR ME TO TAKE CARE OF. More
I met Dave Martin a few years ago when I was browsing at new vehicles while waiting for my car to be serviced. I explained to him I wasn't in the market for a new vehicle at the time but maybe in a few yea new vehicles while waiting for my car to be serviced. He took my name and address and updated me with occasional news letters. I appreciated the fact that he kept his word by sending his newsletters but didn't waste my time by calling me and trying to sell me a vehicle when I wasn't ready to buy. We came into Ebersoles and went to Dave when we were looking for a new vehicle. We really enjoyed working with Dave and we love our new Honda CRV. More
I bought my first car at Ebersole's in 2009, a Honda Civic. They were very friendly and excellent the first time. I thought I was going to have it forever but I totaled my car a few weeks ago in bad wea Civic. They were very friendly and excellent the first time. I thought I was going to have it forever but I totaled my car a few weeks ago in bad weather. There wasn't any other choice in my mind but another Honda. Dave and the whole Ebersole team were very helpful. I couldn't ask for any more and they were the shining light after my accident. I would reccomend them to anyone.
