Dishonest I went in for warranty work on my $58,000 2015 RAM Laramie Longhorn. It was the second time for the same problem: a clogged particulate filter. I was chastised for writing a poor review on a previous service. I didn't recall that and wanted to look at the review. Then I was told that anything below an 8/10 is considered a poor review. (Nonsense.) When I asked again to see the review, I was told they would pull it up. They didn't. I was informed there were no courtesy vehicles and I would have to bring my truck back another time. I live out of town and the truck wouldn't keep running with a clogged filter. The service manager then informed me that there were courtesy vehicles available (5 vehicles, in fact, all parked neatly in a row). When I was leaving, I asked once more for a copy of my review and was told it "was on the other computer." (More nonsense.) I was told I could get it when I picked up my truck. When I returned and asked again, I was told they couldn't find the review. (More nonsense.) After I left, I noticed my fuel was down quarter tank. I called and was told they burned off the fuel while partially cleaning the filter (which would be clogged again soon because the regeneration function was not working). I was informed that they aren't reimbursed for fuel by Chrysler, so they wouldn't reimburse me for the $31.50 in diesel they had used. Eventually I was offered a $15 credit toward future service. I told them to skip it. I don't think I have ever been treated with such contempt. I won't be going back there for warranty work or anything else. More

always a friendly place i have had my dodges serviced for 20 plus years. many of the employees know me and call me by name. on my last visit recently . I noticed a chang i have had my dodges serviced for 20 plus years. many of the employees know me and call me by name. on my last visit recently . I noticed a change in many employees in the office areas . They didnt smile and didnt know i was there . they would walk by and give no friendly greeting or nod of the head or pretend to be friendly. the service dept was as usually ,the friendliest people in the building and mechanice walking by were also friendly.. i got a feeling from the whole sales office crew including the owner ? that something had happened or was about to happen. just a feeling is all ican call it. I will still continue to have my servicing done there because they are so darned good at their jobs. but just can put my finger on why the sales front seem sad and indifferent. More
Great experience I called in a request to this dealer late on a Friday afternoon. I was preapproved through my credit union for financing and knew exactly the vehicle I wanted to purchase. By Monday at noon, they had a list of Wrangler Unlimited Rubicons for me to choose from. The first Jeep I picked didn't work out. The dealership that had it wouldn't transfer it. So, I picked a different one. They went to the other dealer, picked it up, brought it back, cleaned it up and had it ready for me the Friday following my initial call. I couldn't be happier with the Jeep! This was my third new car purchase in the last 7 years. I've also purchased several used vehicles, both from dealers and private parties over my driving career. This was by far the most comfortable, laid back, and simple purchase I have ever made. I got all of the customer service that one would expect from a family owned business, and then some. Kurt Wahl was my salesman. What a guy! He bent over backwards to make this deal happen. I worked with Steve Colich on Kurt's day off, he helped me find Jeep #2. Kevin Skyberg helped me out with the financing, absolutely zero headaches. More

A new Jeep! I went in with two specific vehicles after last six months of research. I previously owned a Grand Cherokee for past 8 years, and loved it! The dealership was closed but Joe stayed and talked with me about the new cars. I noticed new people working there and the old staff was gone- it felt somewhat odd.
