always a friendly place i have had my dodges serviced for 20 plus years. many of the employees know me and call me by name. on my last visit recently . I noticed a change in many employees in the office areas . They didnt smile and didnt know i was there . they would walk by and give no friendly greeting or nod of the head or pretend to be friendly. the service dept was as usually ,the friendliest people in the building and mechanice walking by were also friendly.. i got a feeling from the whole sales office crew including the owner ? that something had happened or was about to happen. just a feeling is all ican call it. I will still continue to have my servicing done there because they are so darned good at their jobs. but just can put my finger on why the sales front seem sad and indifferent. More
Great experience I called in a request to this dealer late on a Friday afternoon. I was preapproved through my credit union for financing and knew exactly the vehicle I called in a request to this dealer late on a Friday afternoon. I was preapproved through my credit union for financing and knew exactly the vehicle I wanted to purchase. By Monday at noon, they had a list of Wrangler Unlimited Rubicons for me to choose from. The first Jeep I picked didn't work out. The dealership that had it wouldn't transfer it. So, I picked a different one. They went to the other dealer, picked it up, brought it back, cleaned it up and had it ready for me the Friday following my initial call. I couldn't be happier with the Jeep! This was my third new car purchase in the last 7 years. I've also purchased several used vehicles, both from dealers and private parties over my driving career. This was by far the most comfortable, laid back, and simple purchase I have ever made. I got all of the customer service that one would expect from a family owned business, and then some. Kurt Wahl was my salesman. What a guy! He bent over backwards to make this deal happen. I worked with Steve Colich on Kurt's day off, he helped me find Jeep #2. Kevin Skyberg helped me out with the financing, absolutely zero headaches. More

A new Jeep! I went in with two specific vehicles after last six months of research. I previously owned a Grand Cherokee for past 8 years, and loved it! The dealer I went in with two specific vehicles after last six months of research. I previously owned a Grand Cherokee for past 8 years, and loved it! The dealership was closed but Joe stayed and talked with me about the new cars. I noticed new people working there and the old staff was gone- it felt somewhat odd. We shall see how it goes for reviews. More

extraordinary service'. I noticed a puddle of oil on my garage floor which was by a rear tire. I decided to talk to the mechanics at Superior Chrysler. I explained the problem to Tim,a mechanic, that although I did not have an appointment, perhaps he could take a look at the vehicle. Although it was very close to the end of his shift, he said he would put the car on the hoist and check it out. I said that I would be happy to have the car looked at;however, my wife was with me and she had supper on the stove. To my great surprise another salesman said not a problem. I will be happy to drive her home. This is known as "going the extra mile." I am 77years old, and have dealt with many dealerships. This is one of the all time best. More

You will find friendly and sincere staff; no pressure sales, gimmicks, or hidden fees; and fair and honest prices. This was a much different experience than when I last went to a dealership 15 years ago in the Twin Cities and was met with shady pushy salesmen, gimmicks, and half-truths. I'd like to tell you why I feel this way. I spent several months researching the truck I wanted online while I was overseas. I emailed about 15 dealers in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and national high volume dealers I had read about on forums, as well as looked into a few of the well known car buying services in search of the best price. Of the 15 dealers I emailed, only 4 even emailed me back. Of those 4, 3 of them wanted me to call them from the desert and didn't really seem to want to talk specifics via email, answers from them were quick, elusive, and lacking details. Superior Chrysler Center had outstanding reviews on this site, and others, and it soon became obvious why: Superior Chrysler Center provides true customer service. Of those 15 dealers I emailed, Kevin Skyberg from Superior Chrysler Center and I spent months communicating via email setting up my factory order and purchase. I never waited more than a day for a response. Since buying a new car is the 2nd largest investment most people make, and this was my first time on my own, I had a lot of questions. His responses were always exceptionally detailed, leaving no hint of a pressured sales environment or gimmicks. Kevin offered valuable feedback on options I was considering; and while I questioned one option (the Parksense system), he pointed out it was low price and most people have found it to be useful. I am glad he provided his feedback because while I've driven large vehicles for 15 years, I've found this feature to be a huge benefit. No more guessing how close you are to something while parking. I use it numerous times a day with no worries about clipping something. Kevin provided a no haggle price, which I prefer because I find haggling to be stressful, and ultimately a bit unethical if the price seems like a fair number for both parties. Superior Chrysler Center was very close to the cheapest quote I had received, and being local would pay for itself in gas savings alone. Kevin timed my order to arrive within days of my return to the US, and once it arrived sent me photos, and provided some basic information on options the dealership could provide, warranties, etc for me to consider. A few days later I made it to the dealership where Kevin had Mr. Mike Miller show me all the features of my new truck, how to modify the system settings, and conduct a joint inspection to make sure it met my expectations. Kevin and I completed the sales paperwork promptly. I declined some of the options and Kevin ordered up the ones I wanted. There was no pressure for me to reconsider any of my choices. I left a very happy new truck owner. A few days later Mike Miller called to set up the installation of my running boards which had arrived. Mike set me up with a loaner car to drive while the dealership did the installation. The install went much faster than anticipated and within an hour I was back in my truck. Anyone looking for a new or used car would be wise to consider Superior Chrysler Center. More
