My wife and I recently purchased a 2021 Honda Passport from Bend Honda. We love the new vehicle but had a few issues about the negotiations that led to the sale. I insisted on working our way up from the Invoice Price which was provided to us by our Sales Representative, Abe. He wrote the invoice price on a piece of paper, then listed $1,000 profit to Bend Honda, destination fees, licenses and add-ons. I agreed to the final price which was based specifically on the stated $1,000 profit for Bend of Honda. I later learned that Honda was offering a $1,250 Manufacturer’s Rebate. My bad for not doing the requisite research. I have since asked Abe if Bend Honda had a profit of $1,000 or $2,250 (due to them cashing in on the rebate). No answer from Abe, so I wrote the General Manager. I still have not received an answer from either. Other than this aspect of the negotiation, we had been quite pleased with Bend Honda. Unfortunately, the negotiations were deceptive at best. What disturbs me the most is the lack of communication. I’m being ignored. My main issues: 1) The Manufacturer’s Rebate was never mentioned to me during my negotiations 2) The stated $1,000 Bend Honda profit was inaccurate 3) Lack of communication. More

I was an emergency service case and the team worked very hard to accommodate me.
