Bought my CR-V/SE in October, 2011. Mike was outstanding in his expertise, time he spent explaining details of my car, allowing a test drive, financing - treating me (a woman) as an equal in negotiations. in his expertise, time he spent explaining details of my car, allowing a test drive, financing - treating me (a woman) as an equal in negotiations. He and Joe came up with acceptable financing for me. I have since returned for required car service - have been treated respectfully, outstanding customer service. We had looked at Subarus, and were almost sold on one when we decided to check out Hondas. Our former experience at a car dealership was not pleasant at all, so we were a little leery. Scott was absolutely wonderful, very friendly, offering information without the pressure that some dealerships use. When we had narrowed our search, he introduced us to Steve, who made us a very good deal on a new CR-V.(also without pressure, which we very much appreciated). Scott took over again, getting all the 'ducks in a row' for us. We picked up our new CR-V yesterday. Scott very patiently explained all the 'bells and whistles' that I am not used to having in a vehicle. He even set up my first 'hands-free' phone hook-up! We would definitely recommend Bend Honda to anyone looking to buy a new Honda vehicle. More
I had spoken with Kirk on the phone, but was initially not sure they had the model I wanted or the price I was willing to pay. When I met and visited with Kirk, he did not have the SUV I wanted in invento not sure they had the model I wanted or the price I was willing to pay. When I met and visited with Kirk, he did not have the SUV I wanted in inventory. However, he was able to locate a Honda Pilot equipped as I wanted and would have it there the next day. He and his management team (Steve and Joe)came up with a pricing arrangement that fit my budget; it was a good "deal." As if the above was not enough, Kirk helped me resolve a unique tire size challenge that I have due to some of the fishing trips that I take. When I picked up the car, Kirk spent a lot of time with me going over the basics of the car and the details of some of the sophisticated electronics. That was a big help to me in getting used to a new high tech SUV. This has been an unusually satisfying experience of buying a new vehicle! More

Customer service is extremely important to me, and my expectations have been met. Lois is extremely knowledgable in the Honda products and was able to answer my detailed questions. I arrived with the CRV in mind, but looked at 3 other products. I test drove the CRV, and it was evertyhing I had researched in a small SUV. I did not make the purchase on my initial trip to the dealership. I received very nice follow up calls from Lois, and returned in 2 weeks for my husband to test the throttle & braking systems on the CRV. We were happy with the performace. Lois was able to answer additional questions for us and assisted in providing purchasing information. We met Nate from Finance, and Matt in the Service Dept. Matt was able to answer service questions about the CRV, and treated us as though we were already customers :) Lois took me on a little tour of the service Dept. It is very clean and well kept. This gave me a feel of how my car will be taken care of during service visits. I contacted Nate after 5 days to make an offer on the CRV. We confirmed a "deal" Due to the busy work schedules of myself & husband (and his scheduled vacation) we had a delay in actually making the purchase. The CRV's were selling like crazy, yet Bend Honda was willing to hold the CRV I had chosen without even a cash deposit I had offered to put on the CRV. I was very happy! When my husand returned from vacation, there was yet another delay with a family emergency. Bend Honda was very understanding with our situation and held the CRV without questions. Finally... after a long stressful week, we arrived after 5pm on 5/31/12 to finalize our purchase. Lois, Nate, Joe & Cody were all great. I not once felt rushed in any way. Nate explained the extended warrany and life time oil change offers to us. He left his office at our request (without hesitation) to discuss our decision. We invited him back to complete the paperwork. Lois provided me with a brief overview of the CRV at my request(as I was mentally exhausted), and would return the next afternoon for the full details of the operation of the CRV. Again, greeted with a smile we sat together in my CRV to set up the blue tooth, and program many functions of the radio, clock, etc. Wipers, cruise control, etc. I left with confidence and the feeling of being well cared for. I'm happy to be a new member of the Honda family. I previously owned a 2005 VW Jetta, which I dearly loved and purchased new. Carrera Motors of Bend lost my business due to poor customer service from their Service Manager, Sales staff & Sales Manager. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the supportive "Team" at Bend Honda. I feel great about my purchase decision and supporting Central Oregon. I will continue to rate the dealership and service department as I have future appointments and business needs. I've ordered body side mouldings for my car, and will be visiting again soon! More
