Your three extra year lease warranty is a bigger joke. $1500.00, after one year and only three oil changes and had to pay for one at another dealer. The transmission in this new 2018 truck is a joke. The engine has had a ping in it ever sense I leased it. I have leased two other ford vehicles from two other dealer and never had this type of service this bad! More

Condition of truck after being serviced. After having truck serviced, it's always dirty when we get it back. Have left notes to NOT leave the steering wheel black and it takes me a half hour After having truck serviced, it's always dirty when we get it back. Have left notes to NOT leave the steering wheel black and it takes me a half hour to clean it when I get it home. I even leave a note each time to not leave it dirty. This last time the note was taken off the steering wheel and left on the floor of my truck. Very disappointing. More
