Everything was set up by Nathaniel who was very helpful and did everything to supply me with information before coming, and Nathaniel also was very helpful during the test drive and the purchase decision. He made sure I had a backup ignition key and took care of the reimbursement. The only difficulty was finding an agreeable trade-in value with the manager. Overall, a good experience.
