I was given a fair trade value for my trade. However, my purchase vehicle was not detailed for delivery. Also, the next day after purchase, I checked the oil and it was at the add level. Travis call me and told me if the oil was in the knarled area the oil was too high, the newer models required below this area on the dip stick. According to my owners manual page 245, the oil should be between A & B. Travis intentionally lied to me a new customer. My rating is actually between 3 & 4. At this time I have reservations recommending your dealership. I am expecting a call from your dealership’s management regarding these issues. More
