My car was brought in for an oil and air & cabin filter change. I had no problem with the customer service staff. Both people that I worked with did a good job. However my experience with work done was poo change. I had no problem with the customer service staff. Both people that I worked with did a good job. However my experience with work done was poor. Being a car guy I checked over the work when I got home. First, I found a screw on the floor under the glove box that was dropped when changing the cabin filter; which could possibly have cause a rattle latter. Second, I checked the oil and the dip stick was down about half. Third, the check list showed that tire pressures were checked and set at the recommended levels, but they are actually at varying levels below recommended. Lastly, the mileage numbers were transposed so that the recorded next oil change is at 10,000 miles instead of 5,000. If I were Average Joe and not followed up, each of these could have caused a headache down the road. I brought the oil level and missing screw to the service rep's attention and both were taken care of immediately. The rest I resolved myself. Thank you. More
