I felt like I was broadsided by the Finance person. I settled for a car because of price and was persuaded to sign without verbal price disclosure of the GAP insurance. I could have bought the car I really wanted if I had known the cost of that insurance. The salesman was great and very personable. Beware of the finance department. More

Dan Serban, my online sales guy, is without a doubt the best car salesman I have worked with in my entire life. He’s professional, he’s courteous, and more than anything, he listens. The only reason I didn’t give the dealership five stars is because my Bronco, a returned lease vehicle, was pretty dirty on the inside. It’s a soft top convertible and when you’re cleaning a convertible you need to understand that there’s going to be more dust-a lot more dust - than in a standard vehicle. They were kind enough to fill the fuel tank but the windshield washer reservoir was bone dry. Other than those minor issues, everything went rather smoothly. I didn’t finance it so I have absolutely no idea how that might go, although, Dee, the finance manager seemed to be a pretty nice guy. More
