The Service Department was horrible - examples: ~ First interaction: When I explained to Mike that it had a slight transmission leak and I wanted it looked into while the vehicle was under warranty, he argued with me and said that it wouldn't be covered by the warranty. ~ The servicing of our vehicle was not prioritized - Mike told me "we'll work on it in between other vehicles"- and it took almost 2 weeks for the leak to be fixed. ~ After several calls (every few days) and being told that they hadn't looked at the vehicle yet, I finally found out that they had confirmed the transmission leak and that the repair was under warranty. Mike had not bothered to contact me himself. On top of this, when we started the vehicle after it was returned there were two Service warnings - "Service forward collision system" and "Service Adaptive Cruise Control". We had to bring the vehicle back to Ben Davis to have these corrected! I found out later Ben Davis has the nickname "Bend Over Davis" and I understand why. We will not return - for vehicle service or when we need to replace our vehicles. More

Absolutely had the worst experience today, took my car in to get looked at thinking I would be okay because I bought the extended warranty when I purchased the vehicle in 2018. Was told when I bought the veh to get looked at thinking I would be okay because I bought the extended warranty when I purchased the vehicle in 2018. Was told when I bought the vehicle that the extended warranty would last the length of me owning/paying on the vehicle. Come to find out I was blatantly lied to and the warranty only lasted to 75,000 miles. Do not be taken by these people and do your own research before buying with them. They clearly didn’t care about their dishonesty and never take them at there word. Also wanted to charge $533.00 for a part that can be bought online for $103.00! I’m so tired of dealerships and will never buy from them again! More
