I really liked my truck enough and was confident in it that I was willing to drive it another 75,000 miles. I had a blown tire replaced. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I may have misunderstood the service rep, but I thought he told me they had returned the spare tire to the underside of the truck where i courteous. I may have misunderstood the service rep, but I thought he told me they had returned the spare tire to the underside of the truck where it is kept until needed, which is what I expected they would do. Instead after I left, I discovered they had merely thrown the spare tire in the bed of the truck. I'm sure it's an easy enough task to do, but I'm 68 and not looking forward to crawling around on my gravel drive to get that spare returned to where it belongs. A little disappointed. More
