I was looking for a 2020 Silverado for several weeks and found one with my specs located at Ben Davis in Auburn, IN. Since I live 4 hours away from Auburn, Touhami Melha, my sales consultant, took a detail found one with my specs located at Ben Davis in Auburn, IN. Since I live 4 hours away from Auburn, Touhami Melha, my sales consultant, took a detailed video of the vehicle. He did an excellent job reviewing the vehicle. He quickly responded to all my questions. The price wasn't the lowest, however, Touhami explained the background of the truck as it was leased from Ben Davis. What impressed me most was the INTEGRITY of Touhami and Austin (Finance Mgr). I signed the purchase agreement and the amount was not what we previously agreed upon. I noted this one week after the transaction and Touhami and the Ben Davis team made it right. I would definitely give this dealership the opportunity to earn my business on my next vehicle purchase.
