The financing part of this transaction wasn't what I expected. I felt the finance person was trying to be a little deceitful when trying to sell the extended service. He explained what coverage was still on the car then explained other coverage and said if I agree sign here. He didn't say he was trying to sell more coverage. I happened to notice that the monthly payment was significantly higher. I would expect someone to explain in detail everything they are trying to sell and the cost of it. I don't remember the finance persons name but I would hope he explains his self a little better with other customers. More
