A little disappointed in that their team did not notice the radio was not working on the used car they sold me, or the corrosion in the 12V outlet, so the car went back in for service the day after I drove it off the lot. They did their best I sat in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hours and you never came by to see how everyone was doing. Process of buying 2500 HD. John was great. No problem there. One thing I have never liked is being pushed to purchase the extended warranty. Even after I said " I am not interes John was great. No problem there. One thing I have never liked is being pushed to purchase the extended warranty. Even after I said " I am not interested, lets move on" I still was being pressured. At one point I was ready to walk out on the deal because of it. My wife stopped me or I would not have purchased the truck. Again, the salesman was fine, it was the final wrap up I found very annoying. If I choose to buy another vehicle from Ben Davis, I will explain before closing the deal that I do not want the extended warranty. If I am pushed like this again, I will walk out. More
