I got the code for nothing from another dealership! Jerry immediately made us feel at ease and welcome and was not pushy is his sales approach. Showed us what you had, let us test drive longer than most would, had service put it on the lift to give it a thorough inspection and helped us get what we felt was a good deal. I had some bad experiences as I searched for the vehicle I wanted, mainly with the vehicle not living up to the salespersons' words, but when I got to Ben Davis, the vehicle was better than the pictures and the verbal description. The staff was kind and worked with me knowing I was coming from a distance and assisted me with my vehicle trade-in and secure the vehicle that was hot demand with other customers. At Ben Davis I was allowed to put a deposit down over the phone to hold the vehicle. They told me that if I didn't want the vehicle once I saw it, I would get my money back. I was so happy that I was able to do this because we were running out of time. The vehicle was perfect and all of the salesman were great. Very Good Experience We came to Ben Davis to look at a specific vehicle we saw on the web site. It was even nicer than we thought it might be, especially considering it was a 2012 - it looks brand new! We test drove it, loved it, and made the purchase. We really appreciated that our salesman, Issac Palumbo, was ready with information and answers to our questions, but it was communicated in a friendly, relaxed manner rather than a high pressure approach like we had experienced at other dealerships. I walk away from those places. The only hiccup with the deal was that the web site posting listed that our vehicle had a particular feature that we were very interested in getting, but it ended up that that feature actually is not on our vehicle. But that was not Issac's fault and it wasn't a deal breaker. More

We bought a 3 years old car that has just 1 previous leased owner and it is in nice condition., but the detail person left dried leaves under the hood near the wipers & the motor and under hood parts were left very dusty. On our loan papers they listed our car as white, but that's incorrect because our car is red. Yes, life happens, but overall we had a good experience. And got a fair price. Still a great place to buy any vehicle! Husband wants to mention he felt roped in because he said not to go over certain grand total monthly payments, Issac (sales) said it was agreed., we go back to sign papers and find out they had us at $27 over final agreement. Then offered more unwanted options. So we ended up $50 more in monthly payments we didn't ask for. Husband didn't like this experience with the price agreement. More
