Terrible Salesman said the RV would have all fluids and fuel topped off. It wasn’t, and was not taken care of even after I mentioned it was not done. Salesman said LP gas gauge was not accurate, and all of them were full, even when they read half. This is not true after I contacted other dealers of these units as well as a rental company who rents these out. All said the gauges were accurate. Salesman did not know how the electronics worked. He said he would have someone else contact me who was an expert. This was never done, even after my inquiry after I left with the unit. He finally sent me a link to a You Tube video which was no help. I finally had to contact the manufacturer to get proper instructions. Customer service was terrible after the sale. More

I came in thinking I was getting a new 2017, which they were able to find for me, but I ended up taking home a new 2018 that I liked so much more. Original offer on my trade in was too low, but Josh was great to work with. Everyone I spoke with were professional and pleasant. Best place to buy a new truck! I just happened to be driving around Auburn and thought I would look at a new truck. A young man came up to me and introduced him self and asked how I just happened to be driving around Auburn and thought I would look at a new truck. A young man came up to me and introduced him self and asked how he could make my day better. I told him I was looking at trucks but I didn't know if I was ready to buy yet. He then asked me what was stopping me from purchasing today? I told him I didn't know. He asked if I liked the truck, Then he asked if I liked the price . I answered YES then he said if I liked everything about the deal what was keeping me from moving forward and getting the truck I wanted. That when I figured out I was just scared about a purchase of this size. No other dealer I had been too ever bothered to help me figure that out they always just walked away when I said I wasn't ready. After we got that out of the way the rest of the process was easy and they even let me come back the next day to pick up my new truck. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who's shopping around and I would also recommend Mike to anyone looking for a good sales person that knows how to talk to people and make them feel comfortable with the whole buying process. More
