A friend and myself drove out from New Jersey to purchase the 2004 Tiffin MH. We met Mark Lendman, the Service manager and he could not have been more helpful. Mark directed us to Tim, and Tim spent the next 6 hours walking us thru and showing us the operation of the coach. There was a few issues that came up and without hesitation, Tim took care of everything we had concerns with. Being from the East Coast, we were not ready for the care and concern of everyone we met at Ben Davis RV. Everyone was cheerful and helpful, greeting us every time they saw us.
