Good but lack of communication I had great service from Rachelle in the businesses department. On the other had I was not overly impressed with Shaun Slain... he seemed pushy and when I said I was at work and couldn't respond he would keep e-mailing and calling. I also told him I would be done to pick up the car on Wednesday then I get an e-mail on Wednesday at 2:30 saying the car was being delivered and that they would be to my house at 4. I don't even get out of work until 4 and and my house is 25 miles away. Then I had cash to pay my down payment with... after I had already left the back he aid I couldn't give the driver cash. I'm 10 miles from the back, the drivers are at the house waiting with the car, the delivery guy didn't have the correct numbers. They told him I owed more money than what I did because they forgot to subtract out the $250 deposit. Just a lot of miss communication. I also was not gave the code to my car or taught how to use the auto start... stuff I think would have been done if I would of picked the car up like I wanted. More

After I went to Ben Davis for the first time, I realized that what I thought was “good” service at my last dealership was not in the same league as Ben Davis. I gave, what I thought to be, a pretty tough mission on the price i wanted to pay. Instead of trying to sell me a cheaper vehicle, they did everything in their power to get me into the vehicle I wanted to be in with a deal that I’m still surprised with. I’ll be making the extra drive to Ben Davis for my future vehicles. More
