Service all the way around was wonderful from the time the service guys intercepted me, until I was driving off in my new car. It was a scary situation I had on the high way with my power steering and rack and pinion going completely out. The service guys calmed me down and entertained my boys. My overall experience. My experience was pretty good, only thing I would say I didn’t like was the salesman didn’t know anything about the truck I purchased. One thing that did upset me was that there was no floor mats in the vehicle, I feel like if someone is spending $40,000 on a vehicle you guys as the dealer should care enough about your customers to put nice floor mats in for them so they don’t have to spend even more money on the vehicle or risk ruining the floors in the vehicle. Dead battery I bought a brand new car 2 weeks ago and the battery has went dead 2x, it was so dead it took 20 minutes to get it started . I called the dealership and was told they could get me in 7 days from the day I called . Went out in the morning and dead again , they told me to call a different dealership , considering the circumstances I would assume this would have been addressed immediately it had 800 miles on it .
