Great job done by all. This is the second new truck we have purchased from Ben Davis. The first was a 2008 Silverado. It lasted 11 years and was still running great. I was referred to Jerry by a retired salesman (Randy Staley). Jerry was great. We talked for a bit and he put me in the right vehicle for our needs. Very professional and courteous. Great job by all. Good truck, poor financing information We are pleased with our vehicle and I thought the financing was going well, the lady helping us told what our payments would be and we were pleased. All was well as we signed form after form, until the lady told us we needed to pay $2,800 for a drivetrain warranty, bumping our payments up $50/mo. When I asked if we absolutely needed it, she said it was her job to make sure we are covered, making it sound like it is mandatory and we weren't leaving without it. I really regret not probing more or taking more time to consider this coverage. It only lasts 50k miles or 36 months and the cost for the warranty is essentially the cost of a new transmission anyways.... another pricey life lesson learned behind the walls of a financing office. More

This young man went above and beyond in his desire to provide me with service I would classify as "Second to None". He made frequent calls to me to keep me informed as to the status of the truck I was purchasing. When asked if he would take pictures of the unit and send them to my wife, he was most accommodating. Some potential buyers might not want a sales representative to assist them who is relatively new to the automobile sales profession. To them I would say, you should not allow that to influence you. Dalton was always willing to admit if he didn't know the answer's to my questions, and always checked with a more experienced member of the sales department for assistance. I would most definitely recommend Dalton to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. You won't be disappointed! More

Salesman poor knowledge of truck,finance hurried paper work. Salesman kept telling me truck was a 4 wheel drive and when I asked him where the switch was to change over from 2 wheel to 4 wheel his statement was Salesman kept telling me truck was a 4 wheel drive and when I asked him where the switch was to change over from 2 wheel to 4 wheel his statement was it was electronic. I had traded a 4 wheel drive Colorado. It had a switch on the dash showing the 3 changes to the drive train. It partly fault on my reasoning that maybe the Ford was different setup My biggest concern for me was being able to get into the truck easy. My son-in-law has a Chevy 4 wheel drive and I have trouble getting into it. I wasn't worried that the truck wasn't 4 wheel drive I just liked the way it drove and handled. Also I was hurried signing paperwork since I financed it thru GM. It was a long time since I had to finance a vehicle the last one paid cash. The finance person just handed me papers and said sign here. I thought he would go thru everything with me but he didnt. I left his room and went back to salesman's desk waited 2 and a half hours and salesman came out with the envelope and said I was good to go. I only talked to salesman 3 times during the time I had to wait. I just wanted to leave was tired of waiting and wasn't feeling well. I went back two days later to talk to the finance guy and told him I wanted answers for how I was treated and he did try to explained to me what, happened. All I know that I will not buy another vehicle from either of your dealerships. More
